Right from the start the communication with David was excellent. Not just before purchase but throughout the process. He answered all of my questions promptly and was honest about delivery times which proved to be accurate. He sent photos and videos of my purchase and awaited approval before shipping. On arrival I was impressed with the quality and detail and the item was exactly as described throughout the process. If anyone is thinking about buying products from this company, I would highly recommend it.

I had been looking into purchasing a companion for a long time now, and finally I decided to purchase one. I was very skeptical on the quality due to how often pictures do not reflect the actual product. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with how good she came out. Far better in person than even the pictures provided to me during production. 10/10.

If you've read any of the prior reviews you'll see David mentioned alot, how good he is, communication is spot on, and I'm here to say they're telling the truth. David really, and I mean REALLY, went out of his way for me. There were some shipping issues that delayed my purchase by 2 weeks, David was very thorough in explaining what was going on and what he was GOING to do about it. He did what he said he would and within just a few days my doll made it to me. Thank you David, you really helped out a lot.

Make sure you are prepared to wait for the process, it takes about a month roughly for them to start and finish the order, then another few days to get shipping in line. Custom orders, like I had, are not made and shipped in a weeks time, so be mindful of when you purchase, and when you should expect to receive your doll.

My only real complaint is over the finger nails but it's common for them to pop off with relative ease, this doesn't bother me very much, but never the less, that's the main issue I have.

Ich kann "betterlovedoll.com" empfehlen! Beschreibung, Preisgestaltung und Produkt waren bei meinen beiden Bestellungen (eine AiBei Doll und Ständer für Köpfe) in Ordnung, bis auf ungenaue/diffuse/wechselnde Angaben zur Heizung von Herstellerseite. Unbefriedigend finde ich, dass in der Bestellbestätigung nicht aufgelistet ist, welche Anpassungen ich zu welchem Preis gewählt habe, die Preise änderten sich auch innerhalb von zwei Monaten.

Bestellt und bezahlt wurde am 19. Januar 2025, die Fertigungsfotos aus China bekam ich am 10. Februar, am 18. Februar erhielt ich eine UPS Tracking Nummer, am 3. März kam das Paket bei UPS in Belgien an, wurde von UPS auf den 07. März angekündigt und an diesem Tag auch in Deutschland zugestellt. Versandoption war "UPS Standard", Versender "EMPIRE TRADING".

Der Service von Betterlovedoll ist sehr gut, keine KI, kein Callcenter. Auf eine Anfrage zu einer Falschangabe beim Gewicht erhielt ich rasch und persönlich Antwort. Als die Heizung bei der Doll bei Lieferung nicht funktionierte, haben wir über Mailaustausch und Fotos die Problemursache identifiziert und ich bekam eine Rückerstattung.

Die Auswahl bei Betterlovedoll, auch an interessanten Torsi und Silikon-TPE-Hybriden, ist beeindruckend. Besonders hilfreich sind die detaillierten Fotos und Beschreibungen mit (weitgehend) exakten Körpermaßen! Die sollte man sich genau anschauen, um nicht überrascht zu werden, wie klein, wie schmal, wie voluminös, wie schwer das, was dann kommt, ist. Die Suchfunktion nimmt auch Körpergrößen- oder Gewichtsangaben an - hält sich aber nur sehr ungefähr daran.

Die gelieferte AiBei Doll entspricht vom Aussehen ziemlich genau den Bildern. Körpergröße, Schulterbreite, Brustumfang und Hüftumfang fallen geringer aus als angegeben, gerade noch im Rahmen der genannten möglichen Abweichung bis 3 cm. Das Heizungs-Netzteil macht Probleme, die Heiz-Leistung ist mit 60 Watt schwach und davon kommt nicht viel außen an. Der Heizungsanschluss ist an der Seite, nicht im Nacken, wie allgemein angegeben wird. Die Perücke ist höchst dürftig, da schaut die Unterlage durch die Haare an manchen Stellen. Sehr lästig ist der Kunststoffgeruch des Materials, nimmt anfänglich leicht ab, bleibt aber nach zwei Monaten noch penetrant wahrnehmbar. Das Material ist sehr empfindlich. Die Gelenke sind schwer gängig, Handskelett sehr gut. Materialqualität und Verarbeitung schwach, Zubehör für den Müll. Positiv ist die Ästhetik der Aibei-Dolls.

Fazit: Betterlovedoll ist ein zuverlässiger, serviceorientierter Händler! Fünf Sterne. Das gelieferte Produkt von AiBei ist von der Ästhetik gut, von der Verabeitung schwach bis schlecht, drei Sterne.

The quality and care of service and product were great. I got a genuine product and the specials/discounts offered were real not bate n switch or tricks. They were responsive in communication and the product showed up promptly. Can't say enough good about the website or product.
