I am a loyal customer at bet wright, the last two days the withdrawals have taken a much longer time, staff have been unhelpful upon requests to look into it. They allowed me to deposit and then immediately suspended my account (which is inappropriate). When I tried to reach about this my chats were closed multiple times.

I will remove this review when i have been dealt with respectfully and the issue is resolved.

Very rude.
If they like you then you are fine. If for some reason you are not their favourite customer they get very antagonistic very fast.
I asked for assistance with using £60 of free bets with quite severe stake restrictions and all they did was get rude with me. I pointed out this out, that they are being unhelpful, and was further stake restricted and then suspended the account very shortly after.

Formal complaint has been made. They did not allow me a fair go at using my free bets.

Getting any response out them once you annoyed them by winning too much seems to be a result with this lot, then it ends up with childish passive-aggressive nonsense when you do finally get a response.

Shame, they have the foundations of a really good website. But they act like Jekyll and Hide with customers depending on whether you are liked or not.

Betwright another online garbage betting site following the trend of cheapskate companies cropping up, that can not afford to offer best odds guaranteed, made a mistake of not checking first, and my first bet with them, I found out the costly way.
BY THE WAY IT WAS MY ALSO MY LAST BET WITH THEM.

Worst site ever used ...there slots are a joke ...Will rinse you dry with no wins ...I'm over £800 down and my biggest win has been about £20 ....not using any more of these small time casinos any more there all the same ...a complete rip off ...hope they go bust

I won some money on slots yesterday, and it´s on my bank account already. I am really impressed!

The company shows bet in play available and visuals available before the match starts. Then they remove both features so you are left in the dark during the game and cash out feature is removed. I was messed about twice by these scammers. Withdrawals are fast but they but blocks on them if you try higher amounts. I have reported this company to the gambling commission.

So I recently opened an account with Betwright. After having a few nice little wins my account was suspended. When I have tried to put funds into my account they said i need to fill out a KYC information form, and once the information had been verified they would lift my restrictions, so after four days and two emails my account remains suspended, Think they don't like people who knows how to win.

I WOULD KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

Customer service is truly great, Leroy fixed my very silly and complex mistake the same day and I couldn’t be more grateful!

I’ve never had any problems at all with the site and the games are a great selection- withdrawals are super speedy too!

Poor is a severe understatement. I have deposited at least £600 in the last month. The RTP I would say has probably been about £100. The overall experience is poor and that isn’t because the loss of monies. It’s the fact when playing there is no feeling that a win may come. The most I’ve probably won from a £1 stake on a game is about £30. The actual scatter/bonus games are basically non-existent. Also, they don’t offer any other gaming services. You can only play Pragmatic Games/Blueprint, Hacksaw and Red Tiger. Overall, it’s a very bad provider.

One of the biggest scams in the UK, run by Onyx Gaming Limited. It uses AI, blocks your account for no real reason and steals your money.
On the GCUK website, Onyx Gaming Limited appears with only one active casino plus 6 more apparently inactive but this appearance is just a scam. The other 6 casinos are "white label" and are hosted on other platforms but the license and responsibility is still with Onyx Gaming Limited. So if you have had self-exclusion from one of the other casinos and were able to open an account and deposit at BetWright, you can request a refund of your previous deposits and if they refuse, complain to GCUK, Ombudsman, HMRC and court.

Bet never again scammers avoid

Opened an account, was able to deposit a 4 figure some of money and won over £5k. Due to an old and now closed account they suspended my account. After waiting for 4 days they emailed me to say my winnings were forfeited, and my deposits would be withheld too and passed to a gambling charity, utter nonsense. Have complained to IBAS and the Gambling Commission. Stay well clear of this company. If a zero rating was possible, I would certainly give it.

Started off ok but as soon as I’ve won a few quid stakes are limited.
I currently have 4 withdrawals pending not for big money and overall only approx £50 net profit which considering I’m a “advanced” verified customer where preferential service is supposed to kick in I’m still waiting for them to process 24 hours after hitting the withdraw option.
No BOG on racing and limited markets especially in play offers.
