Absolute garbage shame you have to give a star as its not even worth the star. Don't bother wasting your money on this site. Casino is rubbish bonus rounds don't pay out at all. Sports betting are rubbish odds plus have problems doing the cash outs.

Stay away from this bookmakers they've literally stole my £20 withdrawl all because I couldn't provide proof of a payment from an account I no longer use its been closed 2 month and they expect me to go to the bank and get a bank statement providing proof of a transaction are thry actually joking they've allowed me to use a further 2 debit cards with no hassle and now making it so complicated to withdraw £20 seriously

My brother deposited and played on BetWright. When he tried to withdraw his balance, the company suddenly locked the account under “Identity Verification Needed” and refused to release his funds, even after he submitted all the requested KYC documents.
He has been in contact with support (ticket #38011963), but the replies from “Grace” at BetWright were that their “position will not change” and no further funds would be released. They also said he must wait up to 8 weeks for a final response, which is unacceptable.
We have now raised a formal complaint with IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) and reported this issue to the UK Gambling Commission.

Players should be extremely careful – this company is holding back customer funds without proper explanation.

My name is Keith Thompson, I have been using Betwright mainly for stateside bets,
I found it convenient with a good coverage of meetings, one evening I could not find my bank card I usually use, being nearly 80, I sometimes forget the digits on the back, so this particular evening I used my other card, when I found the card I always used to place my bets I reverted back, now tonight Monday 15th September I requested a withdrawal of £200, generally betwright are very good with withdrawals, I received a email from their verification dept, but it was anonymous, frightened to give their name,
It said, because I had used a second card my £200 withdrawal will be withheld until I show my personal bank statements and they wanted photos of my bank cards, I told them using the card , I do not normally use to pay for my pastime was an error and I requested they destroy information relating to that card, and continue with the card they have on file, I explained my name is on both cards so there is not an issue....
Or so I believed, whoever this person is working in the verification office was not going to let commonsense take control..
I believe he is one of these freaks who enjoy causing problems, onyx casino owns betwright and I would like to hear what they think of a employee losing customers with his or her arrogance, the nauseating arrogance demanding to look into people's personal affairs, withholding money owed to the person they are ridiculing, wielding the axe at anybody they can and enjoying the power of withholding money belonging to that said person , I hope onyx reads this or one of their managers, and to use their power in finding this mongrel before they destroy a company who I personally liked using until this mongrel appeared, what happens now to the £200 I am owed, I simply do not know, I will follow the correct channels but that takes time, and no doubt this mongrel in the betwright verification department will escape , justice needs to be done, onyx needs to find this person before he or she singlehandedly destroys the company,

There website caused a problem when th returning money to my account £700. They don’t have a phone number and didn’t call me to discuss as a crap company to deal with. I told them the problem and it took 2 days to rectify.

Absolutely no words to describe how bad this site is . I thought some of the reviews were maybe just sour after losing some money but they were actually accurate.
