Was the best bookies out there, however after 3 months restricted to £20s, then £10s, then £2 max bet (was lossing this week aswell).. Why can't one bookmaker have the balls to take a bet

Probably the worst gaming payout website I have seen around, lost over 3k nothing even close to game features, no bonus terrible.

Now blocked myself to avoid using the site

Joined last week- went through the full KYC verification process before depositing- was verified. Deposited, bet, won- withdrew 50£ to see how quick withdrawals were- was in my bank account within 15 minutes.

Next day withdrew a larger sum to SAME CARD as my first withdrawal, same deposit everything- now more than a day waiting for my withdrawal. They will be slow to pay large withdrawals, avoid this bookmaker.

Joined today which was quick and easy to do and deposited £400, I won £1600, I requested to withdraw it , couple of minutes later I received an email saying I need to get verified. I thought this was the start of me struggling to receive my winnings but in fact I followed the instructions to upgrade to advance account using KYC, which literally took 5 minutes using my driver license and doing a Live Photo/selfie, I was immediately verified and my winnings were transferred straight to my bank account.
I wish all sites were this straightforward!

Customer service could not respond to my issues, when I asked for details of my gameplay for a casino game that was not working correctly.
How is this possible for a supposedly regulated and fair operator?

Easy to use site instant payouts no complaints from my side, of course can’t win all the time but that’s part of betting.

You can always tell a poor sight there is never a phone number to call and they never answer your questions AVOID AVOID AVOID. They allowed me to wager thousands, bad live casino sites that time out do you can’t view wager resulting in money gone with no view or transparency off wager. They have intentionally stolen money from me in my opinion. When I challenged they suspended my account

Rubbish site. Deposited easily, did a few verification whilst betting, upgraded to advanced account, won a huge amount from live casinos table. When withdrawing, request sat pending, no one contacted me which I had to contact them myself, turns out they require an EDD verification through their link, did that, provided further documentation they requested through live chat. Ghosted and disappeared after, been asking back and forth for an update yet none replying to the chat, the ticket not moving anywhere and the withdrawal status is still pending. Rusty dodgy site would not recommend at all.

My wise current account does not support payments back to debit card. Betwright, using KYC as block to delay issuing a wire transfer. Have issued a money claim and also issuing Judicial Review Proceedings for breach of the LCCP. Operators cannot use KYC as a delaying tool for withdrawals. Pursuing a wasted costs order. Avoid if you expect swift withdrawals. Responsive customer service seems to abandon ship when it comes to processing money they owe the person betting.

Been fine for me. Sent an email about unsettled USA bet night before replied within a couple of hours it got settled. One thing i’d like them to improve are their betting slips. Bit small the placement bet. A couple of times I thought put 50p on but it flashed up a fiver. Realised after but it was too late. Now I double check but other betting sites have better placement slips

The site itself is great. Plenty of Sports / casino offerings and great withdrawal times and it’s UK Regulated. Staff on chat are helpful also.

There are however zero promotions or loyalty offerings which is where it lets itself down. Especially given how other sites offer weekly cash back / spins based on your play.

I have been told promotiojs are coming and I will amend my review if/when they arrive but so far if you’re looking to be rewarded for your play, or wager high stakes, this isn’t the best option.
