Really happy with our wallpaper and the service we received. We ordered a wallpaper mural, specifically sized for our wall. Stupidly, I put the measurements in wrong, but Dixie sent a mock up of the design before it went to print and my errors were rectified straight away. All queries were answered quickly, even at the weekend, and the order arrived perfectly and on time. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

We ordered a made to measure mural for a makeover of a unit it looks amazing, with over 1000 people in 24hrs agreed on the online post all asking about the paper.
It does take a while for the order as it was made to measure and this understandably takes time ,the customer service was excellent checking measurements and keeping in touch with lead times.
Best thing I've bought in a long time off to measure more walls now.

I very much enjoyed my shopping experience with beut online. I purchased some pretty Ferm floral Christmas baubles on this occasion. They are good quality, and I would certainly recommend them to others. I must add that customer services were extremely helpful and swift to respond to my enquiries. Placed an order on the 30th January, stating delivery would be 1-2 working days. Called them today, Friday 2nd February, to ask about an update. She said the item has not been dispatched yet, and will be leaving today. It's now 5.30pm and she never got back to me and I have not yet received a tracking number. I'd avoid buying here and will see if possible to cancel my order and buy the item from a company who can actually deliver.

Great Customer Service
I made a mistake when ordering a birthday present online. Dixie from customer service was really helpful and put things straight immediately. And my daughter loved her nude salt'n'pepper set.

Useless - order not posted - enquired - said they would get back to me - didn’t - enquired again and no response - useless and out of pocket

Keep an eye out for their delivery dates under the price. Even when in stock, my latest order took close to 2 weeks.

Beut know exactly what they are doing from making suggestions to measurements, great quality wallpaper and the mural looks fantastic although couldn't have done it without Dixie.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

Placed order 1 Dec to arrive plenty of time for Xmas. Chased 11 Dec to be told only just received stock for one item, other item still not held in stock (website did not indicate not in stock - otherwise would have bought elsewhere!!!).

Beut had not bothered to get in touch with me to advise they are still waiting for stock etc.

Offered alternative product to the one we are waiting for - accepted and agreed with Beut on 12 Dec and advised it will be shipped. Got email notification it was actually shipped on the 14 Dec.

18 Dec chased again as still not received to be told the item has not actually shipped despite getting an email to say it had shipped.

Response on 19 Dec was it was being shipped (again!) on the 19 Dec and tracking number provided.

Checked tracking today (20 Dec) to get idea of expected delivery date. Courier advises they have not got the item and it remains sat at Beut!!!!

Another false promise.......

A further chaser to Beut customer support today, 20 Dec to see what on earth is going on.

Terrible customer service, terrible experience. Doubt this will arrive in time for Xmas - bearing in mind was ordered originally on the 1 Dec - you would think that is plenty of time.

Regret buying from this company - will never shop with them again

Wish I'd read the bad reviews before...

Bought a lamp that came with an EU plug and no UK adapter. No mention that this was the case on the website. How can you sell lamps that can't be used in the UK without mentioning it?

Unresponsive when trying to get a free return and refund for being mislead.

Terrible company, please avoid.

Placed an order 2 months ago. Have not heard from the company despite several emails to customer services as well as the several attempts to get in touch via the phone number provided on the website. Left several voicemails but no one ever got back to me.

Excellent service all the way! Great product range and easy to order online. Prompt reply to my query about expected delivery of wallpaper (an impatient decorator was waiting) Turned up exactly as promised and BEUT offered the most competitive pricing/delivery option too. Returns policy is great and I was fully supported in returning unused rolls. I would highly recommend them and will definitely look here first for any future projects.

I've ordered a number of expensive chairs over a month ago after being assured of fast delivery. I've tried contacting via email and telephone but can never get a reply. Upset and angry, will actively deter anyone from purchasing! Just want a reply!
