A(-) SCAM! Have been charging me for months!!! Can’t get ahold of customer service. They tried to offer me a gift card!! WTH?’

I want to cancel my service with your company. However it seems like its a problem. Please Advise! Can somebody call me back 757 359-7868

SCAM CROOKS! I have a cancellation email from them and they continue to try to bill me and even denied to my credit card company that I had cancelled with them! Now I’m having to send in cancellation proof to get my money back AND had to totally shut that card off to get it to stop because they will all of a sudden start charging you again at random!!

I am owed a refund, after my subscription was canceled. the excuse I received was there was glitch in their system, and you shall receive a refund within 14 business days, it has been over a month. I have contacted customer services by email however, customer service rep, (sophia) on the support team has ghosted me. each time I get a reply (it's lie) I have never or will I ever, support this scam of a company. Buyer beware!!!!!!! my next step is to report this company to the better business bureau.

I purchased a product from Bexelora once & they keep sending me items I do not want.
STOP sending me the products & taking money from my credit card.
As of today if you take further money out I will have you for fraud, stealing from my account.
I have also send this to the Police & my Lawyer

They keep taking money out of my account. I had not signed up for a subscription and now I’ve taken three payments. I have messaged them. They said they’re gonna refund me but they haven’t.

I bought what I thought was a one-off purchase in august, and now I’m part of a subscription I cannot seem to shake.

A representative from Bexelora, Sophie, assured me that my subscription (that I didn’t know I had) was cancelled on the 18th December, but I have another charge today.

And to make matters worse, the products I received from them last month were half used bottles & terribly labelled, not worth anything near the money they took & went straight in the bin.

So angry with them. I feel like they’re stealing from me.

Scammers!!! I started receiving empty packages and I never knew what it was, I recently started looking though emails and they had signed me up for a subscription without my consent. I requested to cancel immediately, hoping I don’t have to deal with them anymore

Absolutely disgusting. Didn’t sign up for subscription. 3 months on the bounce they have taken money after I emailed to cancel the subscription I never subscribed to! My bank is now involved! They need to be shut down!

I never even remember ordering from them - I can only assume i somehow clicked on socials and now ive been fighting getting a "subscription" i never signed up for cancelled.

Total scam. Will keep your financial details and after a few months start a subscription. They’ll apologise and pretend they’re going pay you back then keep charging. I even changed my online card number and my bank Chase still honoured the subscription despite me complaining about the first charge. AVOID.

This is a scam - they trick you into signing up for a subscription and then continue to charge your card even after you cancel. I have cancelled 3 times now, kept my email receipts of cancellation, and yet, they continue to charge my card and send product that is not what I originally ordered nor what they advertise they are sending. They reply once to emails and confirm cancellation but then ignore requests for refunds or any further information.

Never received my product and was charged twice before finally canceling my subscription. Never received an answer to my numerous emails asking for my refund 8 Wille be reporting them

This company is a scam , you cannot reach them call your credit card and get them to stop payments .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. They will write you back and say they have unsubscribed you and then then the following month they will charge your card. They should not be in business- they are unethical.

Would give 0stars if I could. Same as all other reviews - bought a cream cheaper on subscription. Cream came and was fake. Cancelled subscription with confirmation emails but company still keeps taking regular payments! Do not be scammed… had to now go through bank to appeal stop payments and try to get refunded

This business is a HOAX! The initial purchase which took more than 6b weeks to arrive. In December, I got a "your subscription is coming" email. I never subscribed. I contacted them and indicated as much. The even made sure to charge me 4 days before any supposed subscription could have even started anyway. They said- too bad, now you have to cancel it after the fact b/c it already went through and is in process. Given the cost was only $23.41, I was going to cut my losses for the second charged amount (which btw I never even received in the mail). They confirmed the cancellation would be noted. I just got charged again, adn they sent an email within 24 hours saying it was a "system glitch and the refund already went through. It has been 5 days, no refund. I have now reported them and the bank is dealing with the fraudulent continued charges.

I will echo nearly every 1 star review. Ordered a product, they did not send. About 2 months after first order and many complaints I got a delivery confirmation and a picture of a strange house (supposedly mine) NOPE. 2 weeks later a package came that was not what I ordered. After many emails and calls-call center is a scam too. They try to get personal information and they hang up when you insist on a refund. They keep charging me, even though it’s been cancelled countless times. They are a scam and a fraud with a Florida address but are actually from China. All the 5 star reviews on here are fake and should not be allowed. They are stealing from the public and getting away with it.

UPDATE: I researched the address Bexelora gives on their website and it’s a Chinese restaurant in West Palm Beach Fla. Crazy Buffet. I’ll be reaching out.

This company is a scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I cancelled my subscription with them, after signing up to what I thought was one product but it was actually a subscription to buy many products monthly, as soon as I found out I cancelled my subscription receiving an email from them to confirm my cancellation, they have proceeded to take $40 out of my account month after month and will not respond to my emails.
This is a complete fraud! The 1 product is received was terrible and I wouldn't have even paid 1 dollar for it.

I ordered a retinol cream which I didn't want a repeat of, and after cancelling and a three months gap they started sending a totally different product every 30 days, despite promising to cancel it every time. Best tip is to call your bank and block future payments. Unfortunately your bank cannot refund previous ones but at least you can black list Bexelora.
