Not a good product. Cancelled my subscription and still being charged. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I bought this product via TikTok shop a few months ago. I bought a three tube pack claiming it was from a french pharmacy and women talking about skin benefits. This garbage is essentially petroleum jelly in a tube and did nothing but make my face greasy and breakout. I just thought “oh well lesson learned, I’ll never buy that again” Boy was i wrong. Today, 3 days before Christmas, i receive a $40 charge from this company for 3 more tubes. They apparently enrolled me in a subscription! There is no visible way to cancel on their site. I emailed them and removed my cc info from their site. The next step will be for me to contact apple to block charges

I purchased a face cream 6 months ago it arrived and I cancelled my subscription. I received an email yesterday saying my order was on its was for a different eye cream I never ordered from them again. I checked my bank account and they indeed took out money from my account. I emailed them they said they cancelled my subscription, I never reordered from them they are a scam company for sure. I reported it to my bank as fraud.

0 stars. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. They don’t tell you it’s a subscription and then continue to charge you even after cancelling the subscription multiple times and contacting customer service. If you’ve made the same mistake, block all charges with your credit card company. Total scammers.

Please avoid this company. My experience strongly suggests unethical and unreliable business practices.

I placed an order in August 2025 which did not arrive as expected. After several follow-up emails, the order eventually arrived in October; however, I received two identical orders. Upon checking my account, I discovered that I had been charged twice without authorisation.

I contacted customer support and corresponded with a representative named Sophia, who informed me that my “subscription” would be cancelled. I had never knowingly subscribed to any recurring service. I was assured that the matter had been resolved.

Despite this, in December I received another notification confirming that an order had been successfully placed, even though I had not made any new purchase. I contacted Sophia again and was told that no further orders would be processed.

I have repeatedly requested a refund for the unauthorised charges, but to date I have received neither a refund nor a satisfactory resolution.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible company. Cancelled my subscription, still charging me, crap product, won't answer emails. So dodgy. Avoid, avoid avoid BEXELORA.

How this company is even allowed to operate I don’t know- they’re frauds and I’ve had nothing but trouble with them.

I made an order in August which I didn’t ever receive, it was automatically signed up for subscription so I cancelled that as soon as I didn’t receive my product.

Fast forward 4 months to now, and a mysterious order and new subscription appears on my Shop account from Bexelora- one I did not make or authorise! I contact Bexelora immediately to address this and cancel the order and subscription, but they took the money from my account and created a fake shipment.

I still haven’t got my money back and Shop were absolutely useless in helping me do anything about the fact a merchant was able to use my details to create an order without my consent.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALLL COSTS!!!!

Zero stars if possible. Take all the other reviews seriously. I purchased cream and then realised it was a forced subscription, contacted them the day of purchase to cancel order and any forced subscription. They said the order had shipped (it hadn’t) and refused to cancel. They under repeated reminders then did cancel the subscription. Three months later they have charged my card so I’ve spent two hours on live chat to my bank to get them blocked from being able to take further payments. If you contact them they offer assurance (always the same reply) that the subscription is cancelled but never anything more than this. I’ll probably have to change my card to prevent any further charges.

Months ago i was getting emails saying i ordered products from this company, and I never had. I immediately went into my two bank accounts, and I found out that they were charging me monthly into my Chase account when I looked in to what they had sent as a order email to me saying I ordered from them. It had my name address. Obviously they had used my wallet on my phone that had my credit card information in it cause it said it used Apple Pay or something I contacted Apple Pay my bank account. It took me four months fighting them. They never give a phone number. They never answered an email and they kept saying we cannot cancel your subscription when they did answer the Email so my bank put it all in as fraud and refunded it to me. The company finally sent me an email saying that they had all the tracking all these products I got I got nothing from them nothing and they finally sent an email saying your subscription has been canceled and now in the middle of December 2 nights ago I get an email that they’re sending me another product that they say I ordered this time. They don’t have my credit card anymore cause I used a different one and I canceled the one that was in the wallet that they had on my Apple Pay and now they have a fake four numbers at the end of my bank account which I’m waiting on Chase to call me back now I don’t have an account with this, but they are charging it to my Chase bank account my actual bank account they just deleted money out of they are a fraud. I can’t believe that this goes on and on I never ordered from them once and this is the second time they have a subscription supposedly for me.

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Bought a one off purchase from this company in August. Received an e-mail confirming my “subscription” cancelled the subscription immediately and received email confirmation. The following month the subscription was reinstated. Tried to cancel, the online system would not allow me. Emailed including the first cancellation confirmation and subscription was cancelled a second time. Forward to December they have sent an order with no warning and extracted a payment. Subscription cancelled for third time with email confirmation. Raised a dispute with my bank, changed my card for added protection. Reported to U.K. Police, HSBC and U.K. Trading standards as a fraudulent scheme.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have unsubscribed a long time ago, yet they’ve taken transactions from my card unauthorised. Have now had to dispute with bank as they have no refunded either of those orders back!
Still not resolved and have received the same automated response from “Sophia” both times noting I’ve been unsubscribed.

I agree with everyone here. Cancelled order as was clearly a useless product with no substance and then randomly my subscription was reactivated by them. Have cancelled my card now so no more of this can happen.

The worst company! Idiot me bought via instagram and got the product. Terrible product but what’s even worse is I cancelled the subscription which they don’t tell you you’re signing up for. Luckily they did email me saying they were sending the product so i cancelled the subscription
However 3 months later with no communication or anything they charge my card for this product
Absolute scum bags who take money and obviously store card details and charge whenever they feel like.

Say my subscription is cancelled and I am continuing to be charged. So frustrating. Also says my card details are wrong on the aubscription paperwork which feels scammy

I would leave zero stars if I could. They send terrible fake products. And they sign you up for fraudulent subscriptions without your knowledge.
Do not give these people your information. They have fraudulent email addresses, phone numbers and physical address that is actually a Chinese restaurant in West Palm Beach.

I cancelled my "subscription " and this scam company still took money from my account. I have moved house so won't even get their rubbish cream. This cream doesn't work and the minute they have your bank details they will reuse these! I've contacted my bank to get a refund as they refuse to respond regarding the refund requested. Honestly, steer clear of this scam and don't be caught like I have been.

I’ve cancelled the subscription. Flagged them with my cc then three months go by and they started charging me again. Do not give any information to this company you will be in year long battle with them.

I ordered three tubes in August and then immediately cancelled my subscription. Randomly saw they charged me again 3 months later for NO REASON. They were able to do this because they still had my credit card information through SHOPIFY who will also be getting a thorough lashing. What’s even more scammy is that the last 4 digits or the card showed on the fraudulent order, don’t even match my card that they charged. I emailed them and they said they’ll “cancel my subscription” so I wrote again to demand they refund me. I doubt they will after seeing the shady practices they partake in. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Get the skin product through Amazon.

Awful scam of a company. The products are garbage from China. I specifically looked for any kind of subscription language or agreement and there wasn’t any. Three months after I cancelled and was refunded (after several emails) I was charged again and can’t get a response to refund. I can’t delete my payment info from my account either.
