I purchased face cream one time, they ended up charging me 4 months in a row before I finally got the "subscription " they put me in without me signing up for canceled! Over $120 they took before I could cancel (I really didn't want to close my card# down) they stopped charging me for a few months, now out of the blue today they charged me for eye cream that I NEVER purchased, and it says subscription on the email "confirmation " they sent- how can they do this?? Just charge people for stuff they never ordered?? I'm so angry, now I have to change my card# anyway and I've lost all this money!!

I’ll give them 2 stars because they always cancel it when I email. But I unknowingly signed up for a subscription in August, I canceled it immediately and was refunded. September I got an email that I would be charged so I sent a screenshot of the cancellation and it was cancelled. Then this morning I was charged without an email warning. So for the third time I’ve cancelled. This is wild.

Negative stars. Scam, auto subscription. Hard to cancel, but even when you finally do get a cancel confirmation, they will wait a month and then resume charges. They told me they couldn’t help cancel due to their“Server issues.”

Scam, took money, no product, kept taking money, no product. Do not order. SCAM

Product doesn’t work. I’ve tried canceling and the y refuse, saying I have to use the link the provided when I ordered. They never provided a link. I’ve had to change my credit card number so that they’ll stop charging me.

Don't. Just don't buy from these folks. I ordered one tube of cream, explicitly turned down the subscription option, have contacted them three times to stop and am still being charged and shipped product. There is no way to manage the subscription on their site. They don't respond to email.

Avoid at all costs! It appears to be a scam!! The product, when compared side by side with the original, is not the same. When you first contact them, they reply, and then you get an email which bounces back from support the next time you contact them. They are very vague with their answers. If you want to return items, it costs nearly the price of the items you have bought. The item is sent from Florida and not Europe. When you place their product next to an original, you can clearly see it's a fake.

Very disappointing experience. Placed an order , which later on turned out to be a subscription. Once Ive realised I’ve tried to cancel but it is impossible. Instructions on the website say that you can cancel any time using link provided, sadly that’s not the case. Emailing this company is a waste of time, customer support email bounces back. The only way for me to cancel was to raise an incident with my bank and get them to cancel.
Also noticed that product is being shipped from US and not France as advertised so I can only assume product isn’t genuine either. Long story short I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not be using their products.

I received my first shipment. Product not great, but whatever. I immediately cancelled subscription. Just got an email this month saying a shipment is coming again and my card has been charged. I found my original cancellation email and forwarded it to them. I am getting automated replies. Very frustrated.

I wish I had read this sooner. I was also scammed. Fake product.

Guys look up the address - its 2030 Palms beach lake BLVD its a chinese food buffet in Palm Beach - of course this is all fake !

I ordered five boxes of this out of excitement to see the product now in the USA. I cancelled the subscription immediately and have proof of that cancellation. However, a month later, I received an email telling my my card had been charged and I would receive my next shipping soon. I looked on the website and Shopify to try to cancel again, but I could not find any subscription. I tried emailing the support email on the website and it bounced back. I called the phone number, and it was a weird scam phone number. i then contacted an email I found from the original order confirmation email (a gmail account?!). They responded to tell me I needed to cancel my subscription. I emailed them the image of the cancellation confirmation from when I first ordered the product, but never heard back from them.
I received an email that the package had been delivered through a carrier called UniUni. The photos included showing proof of the delivery show that it had been delivered to apartment #53, when I am apartment #15. Odd, but okay--no big deal--it was just very clearly apartment #53.

I emailed the gmail account again to ask for a label to return the product. Three days later, and I still haven't heard back.

Don't buy. You will have to dispute the charges with your bank because your subscription won't be cancelled.

I realised the item would be fake, after seeing the item was shipping from the US, not France.
I had stupidly trusted Shopify and bought more quickly than I normally would have.
The 3 x tubes arrived today.
The product is in a purple tumble. The logo pixelated and obviously a copy / fake.
I realise I won’t get my money back. I asked for a refund before I received my order.

Sending me auto shipments not signed up for and support email undeliverable. Phone number unable to talk to customer service.

Did not like the fact I was inadvertently put into a subscription. Like others I have found it very difficult to communicate with the company. However I did use the email address supplied at the bottom of the order information. The email I used, which resulted in contact was Bexelora at gmail dot com (it won’t allow me to put the email format). Also to save others the trouble, check your junk folder for Bexelora email Subscription Information. In that email there is a link which allows you to manage the subscription, click on this and it will take you to the page to cancel the subscription…. Hope this helps. Haven’t received my product yet so cannot comment on it but I did not find the contact information easily nor is the subscription information/changes available on the profile on their main website. I wouldn’t say don’t buy it, just be aware of the above information if you do :)

Stay away from Bexelora! It forced a membership and when I tried to contact them via email it bounced back. I called the number and it was first some odd recording that didn't make sense - then a very rude person came online and asked me to give him my bank account information. I told him I just want to end the subscription of this product and since I didn't even pay with my bank account, I didn't understand why he needed this info. He just hung up on me. I guess I have to go to my bank to report the scam.

Scam. Do not buy. Product didn’t arrive, vendor uncontactable.

Bexelora is a Scam. You will not receive your product and the tracking information is not real. No one will respond via email or telephone. DO NOT pay for this. Shopify should do better for its clients buying through them.

It’s a scam. Please report ads to fb and the website to shopify and trading standards!

They sent a fake cream, it is not the original A313 cream and contacting them by email is not possible, they have closed it, if it ever was active to begin with.
