Ho effettuato un acquisto sul sito Simon Ourian M.D. e la mia esperienza è stata negativa sotto il profilo della trasparenza dei costi.
Nella conferma d’ordine ricevuta prima del pagamento risultavano i seguenti importi:
Prodotto: 54,92 €
IVA: 13,88 €
Spedizione: 0,00 €
Totale: 68,80 €
Tuttavia, l’importo addebitato è stato di 77,00 €, successivamente giustificato dal venditore con una struttura di prezzo diversa (67,00 € + 10,00 € di spedizione).
Il problema principale è la discrepanza tra quanto mostrato al momento dell’acquisto e quanto successivamente comunicato. La presenza di “spedizione 0,00 €” nella conferma d’ordine porta il cliente a ritenere che il totale sia quello indicato, senza costi aggiuntivi, cosa che nel mio caso non si è rivelata corretta.
Ho contattato l’assistenza per chiarimenti, ma mi è stato confermato che l’importo sarebbe corretto senza una spiegazione coerente della differenza tra le due versioni del prezzo.
Ritengo quindi che la comunicazione dei costi non sia stata sufficientemente chiara e trasparente nella fase di acquisto.
Per questi motivi non utilizzerò nuovamente il servizio.

I bought the heat brush and the flip in go at a expo the lady who sold it to me said both the flip and go and the heat brush had a warranty when I purchased them but I was lied to because there is no warranty on the hair I’ve only worn it a few times and the plastic band is tearing the hair net the hair is attached too they charged me way too much for this

Es una gran compañía y sus productos son de mucha calidad

Es un servicio personalizado y son unos productos increíbles.

Tengo 27 años y empezé a usar el pack de esenciales hace un año aproximadamente, noté una mejora a los pocos dias en mi cara ya que tengo la piel muy seca y algunas manchas rojizas.
Mi decepción fue al recibir por segunda vez el pack de esenciales, en primer lugar ya no son poductos personalizados.
En segundo lugar he notado una diferencia de calidad abismal, la crema se siente muy diferente y de mala calidad, parece una Nivea…
No recomiendo para nada que compreís los productos de Simon Ourian MD.
Por último, al llevarme esta decepción me dí de baja hace unas semanas, pero me han cobrado la mensualidad igualmente.
Después de varios mails hace más de 2 semanas sigo sin tener respuesta.
Dr. Simon Ourian, me parece que no tiene ni idea de el producto que ofrece.

Awesome customer service

I purchased my halo in April. I was told it could last to up to a year! I have taken really good care of it. I used all the proper tools and shampoo and conditioner that was sold to me with it. It is now the end of August and it literally is shredding at the bottom the middle of it is missing a chunk that is shorter than my real hair it looks absolutely terrible. My hairdresser said the same thing. Not worth the money at all I will not purchase this product again.
