I spoke to Spencer to give me a quote on car insurance which was due for renewal. He explained everything very thoroughly & I was pleasantly surprised that the quote was a lot less than last year.

Human touch is miles better than anything automated
Very pleased that you still operate a good telephone system. Spoke to an incredible member of staff called Jack Coxon who was very kind and understanding. Couldn't have been more helpful. Amazing customer service. And got an incredible quote - cheaper than the previous year. 100% recommend this company
