Awful service. A letter took 2 days to be shipped from France to Bulgaria and now it's the 15th day I'm waiting for my letter... What if that was important???? I called the bulgarian post office (paid number... no comment) to hear that "at the moment we are overwhelmed" and no one is able to tell me when I will receive it ... I would have receive my letter earlier even if I was living on a lost pacific island. Shame on you BULGARIAN POST.

i never expirieced delays or bad customer service, i can only say that in plovdiv they are very nice, i use they are serviceses very often! In post office 4000 in the package area all ladies are nice!

They cannot redirect a package stuck 150 km away from my location to a post office near me. They just told me to go there and get it. I will always use DHL in the future, because they have the best procedures for importing into Bulgaria. DHL even handles every detail of customs on your behalf.
If I had used DHL, I would have received this package 3 months ago.

They are charging extra money on their mistake
They say that the money they are getting from us Is because the things were there from 10 days and how we are gonna know that the things are there

След директен контакт с момчето което беше супер отзивчиво и я достави след извън работното си време сьм безкрайно доволна. Името му е Георги. Сьжалявам че не помня фамилията му, но ако само всички служители бяха толкова мили и готови да помогнат. Супер обслужване от негова страна!

In the first instance, they returned my package to the sender without any notice, even though the address was correct and they did not even attempt to contact the phone number provided.

In the second instance, I received an SMS notification that my package was at their post office in Sofia, but when I called to inquire about it, they told me they are sending it back to their distribution center on the next morning, even though the address was supposed to be delivered to the courier firm Speedy which was just a few steps away from them.

Their lack of customer service and communication is unacceptable. As someone who lives far away from Sofia, I was unable to pick up my package on the same day, but they were unwilling to help or even attempt to deliver it to the intended recipient.

I talked with a lady at the Hipodruma office in Sofia, but the service was still terrible. I strongly advise anyone to avoid using the Bulgarian Post Office at all costs. Their service is unreliable, unhelpful, and inefficient

My parcel is packed on 22.12.22 in Bulgaria now its 04.01.23 and its still there without anyone giving you any information, rather (its on its way) The delivery address is Denmark which takes 24-48 h with truck, i am wondering if im going to receive it at all.

DO NOT USE BG POST AT ALL COST. They provide extremely POOR and SLOW service. Corruption is at all levels, they steal the packages.

People save your self headache and don't send packages to Bulgaria. Vorst service ever. I send package from US to Bulgaria already 2+ months and still not delivered, few times they asked my friends for bribes to release the package, looking at 1000 of reasons to held it. BG Customs and BG Post two of most corrupted institutions in the country. This is my second and last time when I send package to Bulgaria, if you ask me probably is easy to send mail to North Korea or Russia then Bulgaria. No more.

This is the worst postal service ever and this country is a member of the EU!!! I sent a package from Switzerland to Bulgaria on the 25.05, it left CH on the 26.06 and is "somewhere in Bulgaria" since then.

I initiated a search request and the CH post tells me there has been a hacker attack on BG Post and hence the delay. Last time i sent something the delay was "only" 3 weeks and there was no hacker delay. Only excuses!

Avoid Bulgarian Post at all cost and use alternative postal services!!!

Worst post service ever, BG-BG delivery tine 10 days, and parcel was broken.
