We have worked with many agencies over the last 6/7 years and majority have come and gone. The one constant that has remained, and will continue to remain for good reason, is Bidnamic. We have said many many times to several competitors that Bidnamic is top of their game, and there is a reason for that. Stephen, Henry and the team are true experts in their field. We trust them implicitly, which is difficult to do with external agencies. Stephen always goes above and beyond the role of Google Ads and for that we are very grateful. They consistently overdeliver on our paid ads results and have allowed us to profitably grow our new customers substantially over the last few years.

The company's "head of revenue operations" purchased a mailing list and mounted a spam campaign warning me that some other website that nobody has ever heard of was competing for my keywords. I flagged the message as spam and forgot about it, but the spammer is now sending followup messages.

One would think that if Bidnamic's system was so clever, they wouldn't need to resort to spam to drum up new business. Shouldn't they be making so much money managing their existing clients' fabulous new wealth that their business would grow organically? Apparently not; they'd rather try to scare prospective new clients with threats from competitors that may or may not even exist.

I was sad to see this is a UK company. The spam messages violate the US Federal "CAN SPAM" law in numerous ways. Sending spam that violates US law doesn't make Bidnamic criminals, but does make them lousy marketers and, IMO, bad citizens.

Great company, made a great impact our ROAS, always make sure our spend is going to the right places!

Great Google CSS parner. Smooth and fast communication

After reading Andrew Lolk's informative blog post on CSSs (check the savvyrevenue website), I got in touch with Bidnamic on a Wednesday evening, and Tom had me switched to Bidnamic CSS by early Thursday afternoon (despite having a lot of people on vacation). That was exactly what I was looking for.

Superb agency, lifting our sales every month

Bidnamic have been running a client's ads for over a year now, and are achieving a good ROI on Product ads, a good deal higher than we achieved when running ads ourselves.
