Working with Bidnamic has been an instrumental part of our success in Google Shopping advertising over the last two years. I recently had the misfortune of encountering Bidnamic, a company that seems to have no regard for ethics or legality. They sent me an unsolicited email, a practice that is not only annoying but outright illegal in Denmark. I never subscribed to their newsletter, nor did I request any information from them.

But their transgressions didn't stop there. They had the audacity to lie about our website's page speed, attempting to manipulate us into believing that our site's performance was subpar. This blatant falsehood shows a complete lack of integrity and a willingness to deceive potential clients.

When I reached out to them to express my concerns and asked for a place to file a complaint, they ignored me entirely. Their silence speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Bidnamic's actions are a clear indication of a company that is willing to lie, break the law, and ignore genuine concerns, all in the pursuit of profit. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. Their behavior is not only unethical but a sign of a company that cannot be trusted.

We recently had a very positive experience with Bidnamic and wanted to share our thoughts with others who may need a similar service. From the moment we contacted their team, they provided nothing but helpfulness and professionalism. This should be a useful review, as we've been working with Bidnamic for close to two years now.

After that time, it's fair to say that they've made a huge impact on our business. The insight and data analysis support is great, plus the approach and systems used are really working well, with intuitive dashboards and reporting options. We've seen the all-important numbers stack up, too. Share of market/clicks, traffic to the website, and overall ROAS - it's all great.

Perhaps best of all though, is the client management and enthusiastic support from the Bidnamic team. Everyone we've worked with across the brand since day one has been super helpful and patient with our requirements.

In particular, Catherine Baxter, Kat Rust (and also previously Faith Madzikanda) deserve particular mentions... as they are all a credit to the business, and I genuinely look forward to our meetings and catch ups. Full of energy, drive, great ideas and positive, helpful, support.

Essentially, the Bidnamic model and their team have been great for us over the last couple of years - and it's been fab to have them involved in our brand's journey. Long may it continue.

i shouldn’t need to unsubscribe as i never “subscribed” in the first place now they want more details so the don’t even know who they are emailing - time wasters

I would advise anyone to not make use of this company services. Simply read the negative reviews they received which are a true reflection of what they are capable of.

They ran our ads and we made substantial losses over a period. And when we requested the services to be stopped they held us to our contract which the never made any profit for over 3 months. An we made 1000’s in lost revenue + agency fees.

I would avoid this company.

We have been working with the Bidnamic team since October 2022 and have seen a brilliant return on our investments!

Prior to working with Bidnamic we were seeing uncertain results in our Google Ads account, but since bringing them on we have seen maintained growth for the last 8 months and experienced a record-breaking month in May 2023!

Working with Danielle and Ethan has been a joy - nothing is ever too much and there's never a question too silly to ask. I always look forward to our weekly calls to review the successes of the previous week and plan ahead for the coming months.

We have just started with Bidnamic after realising the our Performance Max campaigns were no longer getting the same success our Smart Shopping campaigns were. 3 months in and we are starting to see fantastic results across all products, not just a chosen few that Google dictate in Performance Max. The onboarding was easy and everyone at Bidnamic are approachable and knowledgeable. Sui and Pheobe have been amazing so far handling our account!

We've been working with Bidnamic since May 1st. I appreciate their dynamism and responsiveness in setting up our account. Rather new to Google Merchant Center, I appreciated the training courses given by Sui and the support of Lewis in optimizing our product flow. I also appreciate the Bidnamic dashboard specially configured for us. I have high hopes for this collaboration and look forward to a successful outcome. The way things are going, I'm positive.

Having worked with Bidnmic for over 5 years they’ve helped us navigate the world of ppc with aplomb.
Like most things, they work best when they have great input from our side and whenever we have technical queries or challenge the thinking we receive clear and constructive feedback which allows us to navigate the situation together and come to reasoned conclusions and paths forward.
We tried the principle of spend more, get more with a different agency and it was catastrophically bad.
Honest and accountable is my experience of the Bidnamic team.

- Bidnamic got the conversion tag wrong for the first few weeks and we had to correct them (ended up using our own GA tag)

- Setup was rather cumbersome & ambiguous; merchant center feed was modified without proper notice.

- Lackluster results for clothing and apparel brands (consistently below Google performance max).

if you have a huge budget and 0 knowledge about Google shopping/merchant center/GA4 then go for it!

The support from my rep made all the difference. We planned, set goals, reviewed performance, and made changes to campaigns. It was great having someone I could talk to who was so dedicated to helping me.

have been dwelling on reviewing Bidnamic online for the best part of 9 months. Mainly because of the sour taste it has left in my mouth and the disastrous impact it had on the management of my PPC it practically ended our business inside a month after building up something special over 4 years on my own.
Going from what was healthy ROAS on £500 per day of 10x to a spend of £12'222.09 and returning £18'330.52 over a month crippled us. Consistently we achieved sales in excess of £175'000 each month for 13 months in a row. We lost our staff, 2 main suppliers because of our dramatic loss of sales, they did not want to know us anymore and shut down our accounts losing access to over 2000 SKUs. A loss of revenue in excess of £250'000 between March 9th and April 9th 2022 during what is historically the busiest time for our industry practically killed everything I worked tirelessly for. How an account managed by one person achieving the sales it did could be dramatically killed is something I have never witnessed. And by a company that I trusted. I documented this with you during that period with PDFs and screenshots which I still have filed for anyone that wants to see the evidence and then a conversation I had with you in September 2022. I have sat quietly for too long. Why should I keep quiet after my business came crashing down like a deck of cards. It comes down to the shocking performance. Now a company like Bidnamic might think that £250'000 is a drop in the ocean. To me it was a loss of a whole team I made over 4 years, a closure of an office, a loss of a business and months of torment and unrest which has caused sleepless nights and health worries. A complete disaster. I wish I could turn back the clock and never opened the initial email. My life would have still been worth living.

Hi, we're really sorry things didn't work out for you last year. As you know we made recommendations at the time that we believed would have led to a different outcome, however you decided that they weren't right for you at the time. We hope 2023 is a much better year for you.

Come off it! It was the biggest drop off in sales I have ever seen in PPC in the quickest time. We never recovered from it so please stop with the patronising best wishes palava!

Bidnamic achieved a healthy ROAS with our Heat Holders shopping ads and a decent Nett CTS Ratio. The advertising cost has substantially increased but they've managed to achieve scale whilst maintaining ROAS. The bi-monthly online meetings have been useful and both Catherine & Shiney have been very accommodating and insightful. Automation does seem like the right way to go. Without using a company like Bidnamic you are handing over your money to Google and essentially trusting that Google knows what it's doing.

We have worked with Bidnamic since we first launched over 2 years ago, and they have done a fantastic jobs! I have bi-weekly calls with Henry and he always get back to me super quick if I have any questions. We can't believe how much the account has grown in the past 2 years and we are pleased with the results in both the UK and the USA. Would definitely recommend Bidnamic to everyone.
