Have been using for around 4 months. So far we can see spend coming under control better and being spent well with our shopping campaigns. Lewis has been a greet point of contact and very informative with our weekly meetings. Unfortunately the sales not yet covered the monthly costs for using bidnamic so hopefully this will happen soon

We've been working with Bidnamic since May of 2022 and we are really happy with the results. ROAS is where want it to be and we gained loads of useful, actionable data insights we didn't have or simply couldn't get from our previous agency. Lewis our client success manager has been excellent the whole way through. He understands our business and the challenges we face, gets back to me quickly and is genuinely a pleasure to work with.

The team is great to work with, they are super friendly and always quick to spot any trends / keywords which might be relevant to our niche. Using their technology we have seen an improvement in our ROAS, would recommend!

We have been working with Bidnamic at RST Brands for about 5 months now working on improving our approach on Google Shopping. Their team is awesome to work with and has a toolset that is enabling us to have more control over how much we are paying per click, the keywords we are focused on, along with optimizing or focusing that spend in the right place in the conversion funnel. We are able to apply the right investment from upper funnel to lower funnel keywords.

Catherine and James have been great to work with, their efficiency, professionalism and understanding of what needed to be done to increase the ROAS significantly has been amazing. We consider Bidnamic to be our secret weapon.

We have work we’ve been Bidnamic for over four years now and we made some initial gains on turnover and improvement of ROAS as we were originally running manual campaigns which became unmanageable due to the volume of data. As Google has developed more products and moved people over to Performance Max we have found a long-standing relationship with Bidnamic has given us the edge against some of our competitors as they evolve new processes to beat the out of the box systems

Love this company. They have a novel and refreshing approach to Google Shopping that gives us huge flexibility and agility. I love their no-nonsense approach. And, I am enjoying the results a lot. Shout out to Harrison in particular. I find him great to work with. Always has a sense of humour and just gets the job done. Glad we made the switch to you guys :)

I was at the point of giving up on Shopping ads and Text ads. They got results for us in the first month and things have been slowly improving as their system learns our products. Great team to work with.

Fantastic experience with Bidnamic. The service they provide is great with an innovative tech solution for Google Shopping. Faith and Lewis give us useful insights each week in our weekly update meeting and are very responsive when it comes to issues and account queries.

Spammers. Wouldn't ever use them for this reason alone. Persistently sending unsolicited emails. IF YOU DON'T GET A RESPONSE FROM THE FIRST ONE, TAKE THE HINT.

Refrigiwear has been working with Bidnamic to achieve our business goals acoss our online ads. The team and technology is very impressive. They are extremely transparent and take the time to walk through all KPIs and ROI. Highly Recommended!

Unsolicited emails. 4 cold emails in 6 days. Yes, I could unsubscribe, but that's not the point. I never subscribed in the first place. Trying to run a small business and look out for genuine customer queries but have to deal with being harassed by companies like Bidnamic sending junk mail to every email address they can find on your website.

Onboarding was super easy and once everything was set up, follow up calls were scheduled for every week with Elliott. Great customer service and really friendly team.

Bidnamic have been great. Even though we haven't got the most mind blowing results immediately they have diligently worked with us to help us to grow and I am confident that we will get there in time. The team have been great to work with.
