The guys at Bidnamic are professionals and communicative. Even though we advertise in Hebrew we manage to work together seamlessly and the results are incredible. Overall a great experience.

Excellent service and after a settling in period of maybe 4 months we got a steady stream of conversions coming in. It may take a bit of time but it has been worth persevering to let the ai start doing it's thing.

The Bidnamic team have been knowledgeable and helpful throughout the onboarding period. We have already started to see results in the short time we have been working with the team. Their approach to our vast array of products has been fantastic, they have helped us improve our systems and achieve great results.

One year ago we were struggling managing our shopping campaigns and we were looking for a way to improve Revenue without losing profitability. We've found Bidnamic and after a month results started to come through. Part of the credit goes to Matthew and Henry whom were always at our disposal to share deep insights and support our strategy decisions.

Where do i start? We have tried Google Shopping in the past with 2 other partners, and on both occasions we had disastrous results, losing a considerable amount of money both times. When i spoke to Bidnamic at an event i was curious as to why they would be any different. We were about to give up on Google Shopping, but decided to give it 1 last chance, and i am really glad we did. Bidnamic have been awesome. They listened, they worked with us, they delivered. Bidnamic don't only talk about ROAS, they talk ROI too, a refreshing change from a business that understands what builds a business. Yes, it did take the Algorithm a few weeks to get everything right, but Rome wasn't built in a day. Great service from Faith and Henry.

They tell you they have an AI technology that will revolutionise the way you bid and run your google shopping advertising, that will work in real time to offer both data and will adjust your campaigns to accommodate where your short falls are and to stop you overspending.
Real world experience, in roughly ten weeks they spent 10 x what we were spending both on Smart shopping campaigns and service charges to our previous use of the Google Smart Shopping app on our website with absolutely no return, zero revenue generated or any understanding as to why the 18+ campaigns they setup were not preforming as they assured us they should.

When repeatedly asked for information as to what was going wrong and why, we were told week after week they would deep dive into the account to come back and offer an explanation as to what was going wrong!
After two calendar months we stopped using the service as they not only have never offered any reasoning behind the complete failure of their service, nor any insight as to what went wrong so we could at least have some greater insight for the future for our advertising.
Telling a customer, it just didn’t work on this occasion isn’t in any arena of industry a valid excuse or suitable compensation for a £3K investment.
Telling a company that you will finally deep dive there account once you have already spent their budget, so you as a business can try not to do this again!!! Horrendous unprofessional behaviour, Shame on you.

I'm so glad I found Bidnamic, they have increased sales and have been amazing all the way through. Henry has set up all of our websites and has been a great help. Great company to work with.

I've worked with Bidnamic on two brands now, each time the support, on-boarding and knowledge the team carry has been exceptional. The platform itself puts us one step ahead of competitors using the 'Traditional' Shopping route.

I worked with Bidnamic for over a year and they were adamant they could deliver results for us after an initial "learning" phase. They were very clear from the start what we could expect in the first few months and once their model had enough data. And sure enough, after a few months the results came through and I never looked back.

It is amazing working with a team that needs to explain a technical product to a non-techie team ... and we actually understand.

I have been working with Bidnamic for over a year and have enjoyed unwavering commitment to my clients growth. Their service has played a crucial role in achieving above average Return on Ad Spend as well gaining Market Share in awareness stages of the purchase journey as well as purchase ready customers.

Very dissapointing and dishonest. Did not even reach half of the target roi after 4 months and used my brand name as a keyword to get conversions after I specifically asked multiple times I want it as negative keyword. Very little human interaction and no support at all, from a software costing 1k/month. I waited to review to see if the accounts will come back to me with a partial refund as they ended my subscription earlier when I paid in full but no reply after 7 days , really disappointing, worse agency I have worked with.

Until working with Bidnamic we had always held the management of our Google advertising in house being very skeptical of agencies offering management services of this type. We’ve now been working with Bidnamic for nearly 4 years and have never looked back. The benefits are not just aligned to the performance of our Google advertising campaigns but in the depth of knowledge and support provided together with the ongoing development in their technology - not one to sit on their laurels!

Bidnamic have with their management of our Google Shopping Channel via the Google Merchant Centre increased our sales by over 35% in the last 3 months. Their pricing is well explained and we have weekly web meetings to discuss results, changes etc. Everyone in Web retail should have Bidnamic in their corner.
