I totally agree with a lot of what is being said. I have received broken jewelry, ( they did refund me ), I have still have an item that has never shown up at my address yet they claim it was delivered. I have received a lot of my stuff so I don’t get why it hasn’t arrived at my home as yet. And when other customers talk about you can get these items on Amazon..well folks several of my orders have been delivered by Amazon. There are several pieces that are gorgeous while others looked great but when you get them they look cheap. I’m currently wearing a watch that claims to have diamonds in it and on it but they aren’t, it loses time a lot ( ok I can replace the battery) but I shouldn’t have to if it’s New! Some of the authenticity cards that come with these things are in a Chinese or Korean or some type of oriental language then unless you actually know what it says, it could say anything so that’s a big red flag to you. The one thing that I did get actually I’ve gotten two things that I do think are genuine because they came with the authenticity card that shows you the grade of the diamond and or moissanite and those two items looked amazing so I would say 2 1/2 stars out of five because that’s about what you’re gonna get as far as authentic jewelry that is real versus fake that is real stones versus fake. That is real gold/silver/sterling silver and fake. It is illegal to misrepresent what you were selling to a customer and I have spent a lot of money to win certain things that are not real. Good business means you stand behind a product that you sell you list it correctly and when something isn’t right, you make it right and why do I keep going back because like I said, I have received several pieces that were beautiful and they were real, but make no mistake for every one item that you get that’s real. You’re gonna get about three or four that we’re not and that’s sad as far as Customer Service goes. There is no urgency when you tell them that an item hasn’t shown up and they tell you that it’s been delivered well any idiot knows that it could be delivered to the wrong place and it’s the company‘s job to know where it was delivered and track it down so that their customer gets it and not to sit there and argue with you and swear up and down that you got it because I can promise you not one of their Customer Service agents has ever set foot on my property and watched their product being delivered to my house and until that happens it’s on them to find out where my item went because they got their money now I want my product

I purchased a beautiful ring and I had it on for one day and it turned my finger green despite it claiming to be silver.

Be careful regarding the retail value that is posted. I looked up an item valued over $500. I looked up the value on the modian manufactures site, the item was being sold for $8.00. Same with a childs watch valued over $500. Which I knew was inflated. Same watch sold on Amazon for $6.00. I've seen some jewelry items extremely over valued...just be careful

All this description was all wrong. I received the item nice and looked real. But I am a jewelry collector and I have gold acid testing. I did it and it dissolved right away. I did multiple times and it still dissolved. I messaged the customer service and asking for a full refund for my 3 winning auction. I am still waiting for a reply. I called multiple times and leave a message still no response after the first email responsed. I am so disappointed, Please be aware! and if you are trying to win something just be cautious.

Some very nice products but they are Not the quality they were when I first started bidding in the 2000.
Watch the “Retail” values too…. Often over inflated

I had no problems with TP. I did my searching and investigating before I bid. Wanted to know what I was getting before making a bid blind folded on what I actually was getting.

I have had good experiences other than me getting upset when I consistently get outbid-lol. I have purchased some nice items from BIDS.

Product was well made and very nice. Only thing I did order a heated jacket that I'm still waiting on. One got refunded the other never came. I emailed but didn't get a response. Other than been happy with other purchases.

I have enjoyed over 20 years of excellent value and service with Bids.com. They have provided this same excellent service to my daughter's family and close friends.
Bids.com is my first choice when I want to surprise my wife and family.

I have fun shopping on Bids.com. I bid what I am willing to pay and don't pay much attention to the suggested retail. I am thrilled when I win something.

Products are alright got a few things from this website not bad quality. I did buy a ring and the ring I paid for was a 18k white gold ring but it turns out when I receive it it’s silver 925 so kind of false advertising. Either way the ring is nice.

Cheap product from AliExpress but they sell it at a much higher price. The retail price is totally fale. I have bought a few pieces and i’m not impressed…

I just won an auction forJade earrings. The retail value was $ 1000 plus. I won is for a total of $67. I went to another site Tenu.com and found the same set of earring for $5.37. Both of these sites are from China. Bids.com do not investigate the items being sold on their site. The retail prices are placed on the item to get bidders to pay more for cheap items. Their is no way items on this site cost tens of thousand to hundreds thousand dollars. I have seen to many one and two stars reviews. I suggest buyers should take what they buy and have it appraised when they get it. I will not buy from bids.com any longer. I feel like I was scammed to bid our on a cheap item.

I put a complaint that 1 ring and matching earrings were bent and broken and one of the stones was in pieces never heard from I will not bother with them again

I waited months for a jade ring that I paid for & it never arrived. Then I contacted your company & they sent me another one. It is so big that it won't even fit my husband's thumb. This is not acceptable. This was a gift for a friend of mine & now I have to buy her something else. You sent me a ring that would fit a large man. How does this help my situation. Very unhappy that I have been waiting months for this. I will no longer be ordering from your company & I will not remove my review. Bad way of doing business. Your customer service number doesn't answer the phone.There is other review saying the same things.Just to let you know that the jade ring broke. It is made of plastic.
