Bidwells Reviews

I have just finished the process of starting a flat rental through Bidwells, and have been extremely impressed by Jake Jackson's performance, who led the process from Bidwells' side. Jake was polite, helpful and efficient, and we were able to go from flat viewing to signing contracts in 5 days. The Goodlord platform that Bidwells uses for background checks etc is also very user friendly and efficient.

Excellent service from a professional team. A big thank you to Frances McDermott at the Cambridge office for all her hard work in helping us secure the purchase of our new build home. Quick to respond to our questions, and always willing to help. I would have no hesitation in recommending Frances and Bidwells.

Just completed on a new build house through Bidwells and cannot recommend them highly enough, especially Rebecca Wilson. Her focus and attention to detail was second to none, and nothing was too much trouble.

I have no hesitation in recommending Bidwells and would happily deal with them again.

If I need a person who can help me to find a dream house, I would highly recommend Ollie Rivers. Ollie and his team have helped us to find a great place to move to. He gets on with things so fast that we thought he never has a rest. A very hard working person, knowledgeable, helpful, and can communicate with people from all walks of life. His unique work ethic makes him stand out from others. Truly amazing.

The person dealing with the sale was dishonest with us as buyers and with our estate agent . Typical salesperson with no integrity .

5 days and still no reply!!

I have been a tenant of Bidwells’s property management for 3 years. I have always found Ellie to be very gentle and kind. Whenever issues regarding the property were raised, she quickly addressed and resolved them. She always maintained a balance between us and the landlord. Her professionalism was outstanding. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ellie.

The team here was great at answering my questions every step of the way!

Alex and the team were very helpful and patient throughout the process. Jake provided an excellent digital viewing. Unfortunately, we were not able to let the property due to changing circumstances our end (we being the potential letters).

I would happily recommend Bidwells to others looking for houses in Cambridge.

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Ollie and the team from Bidwells, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ollie's communication was exceptional, always keeping us in the loop and promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had. His friendly and approachable nature put us at ease throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Ollie and Bidwells to anyone in search of a reliable and highly effective estate agent.

Having James Munro on our side was a blessing! He did such a great Job!

My rental experience was made significantly smoother and more enjoyable thanks to their exceptional service. I would not hesitate to recommend Bidwells and James, Alex and Amber to anyone in need of rental assistance.

Thank you, for your dedication, professionalism, and outstanding service. You have set a high standard for what a rental agent should be, and I am grateful for your assistance.

Ellie and Bidwells are a professional team. I have two properties which Ellie manages for me. She offers an efficient service with a great personality. More importantly she is fully aware of how I like to work and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

We were more than pleased with the way Bidwells managed our recent sale.Ollie Rivers, the agent with whom we dealt was professional, knowledgeable, open & honest, and nice to deal with! Most importantly, his advice was spot on, and he was able to chase up our queries with respect to the purchaser’s position, intentions and willingness to proceed much more promptly than our solicitor.
Our sale went through in (what we now know) is record time.

Bidwells has managed our property for the past 12 years and during this time I have received excellent professional advice and help. The staff have all been friendly and approachable and I thoroughly recommend this agent to all landlords

We had a very positive experience working with Alex, Irene, Tanya and the team at Bidwells. They were easy to contact and highly professional. Also, the team was very quick, patient and extremely helpful in providing guidance at every step throughout our renting process.
We appreciated the user-friendly online platform for handling admin documents.

Ollie Rivers is the best, takes of every detail, gets involved with everything, is available and gets the job done efficiently.

Bidwells gave me three choices of tenants and has done all the procedures including signing the tenancy agreement for me.
I did not give five stars because there was some hiccup in applying to change the account for heat supply. The staff repeatedly made a mistake in relation to one of the joint tenants' name in the application form so that the form was not accepted by the heating company twice.

Rebecca Wilson was amazing, we purchased a house with Bidwels, and Rebecca was very supportive, always answering our emails on the same day, we never felt alone. Thank you.
