Thank you, Amanda!
Hi! I’ve had some functioning issues with a very high-quality tap I purchased from BigBathroom. Unfortunately, my contractors damaged it by installing it incorrectly and did not take any responsibility.
I reached out to BigBathroom for advice and support, and Amanda has been absolutely amazing. She provided me with a great solution and demonstrated outstanding professionalism, kindness, and reliability throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable and technical, while also being incredibly pleasant to deal with.
Thank you, Amanda!

Fabulous customer service from Shaunna
It’s easy to write a good review when everything goes right but where you really know you’ve received good service is when something goes wrong. I ordered the incorrect size - my own fault entirely but Shaunna was incredible from start to finish and sorted everything out for me. I couldn’t have been more impressed. Fabulous customer service.

Great customer service
The delivery is not the fastest, but this is not much important for me. What is actually important - the quality of products and of service, and here the guys won their 5 stars! I received 2 scratched shelves (caused by delivery), and contacted customer service to replace them - Ellie from the team was very nice and professional, she understood my issue and sent the replacement very quickly. I’m impressed!
Thank you very much!
