Brilliant
Brilliant. We bought the antique style wc with the old brass colour pipes and the toilet unit. Unfortunately , the toilet unit was broken I pieces when we opened the package. Thank you bjgbathroomshop.ie for replacing with no hassle. It's such a positive thing to do to build trust with a customer base. Every body loves the new loo!

Water escaping from the shower is a feature! So they say
Bought a frameless shower door. All seals had to be cut so the door would move properly. The instructions say to drill into the shower basin twice which no plumber will do since it's prone to future leaks. The instruction manual also has a wrong measurement in it and does not mention cutting the seals. Worst of all, there's a 1cm gap under the door that lets water splash out and soak my floor. I emailed the company and they said that's a normal feature of the door! So I'm the dummy for wanting a shower door to keep the water in! I've had to go buy my own seal to jerry-rig a solution. It's really unbelievable to me. I can't recommend this company at all and I'm shocked at the customer support saying "works as designed" to a massive gap under the shower door. Now I have to pay twice to have this door torn out and disposed and buy another door. It's a massive pain. Shocking stuff! I've never left a negative review before but can't help myself here as I'm hopeless for any other "solution".

Good morning,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the installation process and water leakage concerns.
We appreciate you highlighting the issues you encountered with the instructions, seal adjustments, and the gap beneath the door. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide our customers, and we regret that our previous communication left you feeling unsupported.
Following our recent correspondence, I am pleased to confirm that your concerns have been reviewed in further detail and a resolution has now been reached.
We hope this outcome is satisfactory and helps provide you with a smoother experience moving forward.
Kind regards,

Vanity Unit
Bought a vanity unit good quality for the price I paid. Came with simple instructions and wasn’t too hard to assemble. The only criticism which is minor is that it took nearly 3 weeks to come instead of the 2-7days stated on the website.

We are delighted to hear you are happy with the quality of your vanity unit and that you found the instructions clear and the assembly straightforward.
We do apologise that your delivery took longer than expected. While we always aim to meet the estimated 2-7 day timeframe, occasional unforeseen delays can unfortunately happen outside of our control. We really appreciate your patience and your understanding.

Quality all round.
Very happy with my showers and I'm purchasing more bits for my bathroom today! Great customer service although ordering from Ireland customs held onto my purchase for weeks as its coming from the U.K which I wasn't aware before I bought.

Hello,
Thank you for your review.
We are so pleased to hear you are happy with your showers and that you have come back to purchase more bathroom items from us - this really means a lot.
We are also glad our customer service team could help. We appreciate the frustration caused, due to the unforeseen delays with the goods processing through Customs. Unfortunately, Customs processing is fully controlled by government authorities, and neither we nor the carrier are able to influence or speed up those processing times once a parcel is selected for checks.
We really appreciate your patience and your support, and we look forward to helping with your next order!
