I received the watch and there was two…
I received the watch and there was two pins already missing in the watch, and as time went on the watch slowly just fell apart.! It seemed like it was just made of cheap stuff.! Looks good, but it didn’t seem like it was made any good.! Don’t need a reply from you’s or how you can try fix things, I learn from my mistakes and I will never buy from you’s again.!

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. These guys won't help you if you need to extend the watches, actually they don't reply to emails nor do they have any type of post sales. All they want is your money and that's it. As a Kiwi myself, I thought I'd support a company back home. But I wished I had never spent my money there. I purchased 2 watches through them and when I received them, they didn't fit me. All I wanted was some sort of post sales help. But when I wrote to them (the first time) they just replied with "sorry we can't help you". The second time I emailed them, was to see if they had a contact that could help me get these watches extended. But I have never heard back from them. Now I have about $700 worth of watches that I can't use or wear. What a joke. These guys have no ethics and no customer service. They should close their business cos they don't give a damn about their customers. Honestly you would think if you spend $700+ you would at least get a reply from the thieving bustards. I guess not.
Purchase your watches from somewhere else, cos these guys are shithouse.

Not a great company.
Bought a Diesel watch.
The little screws on the side worked their way out.
Messaged big daddy who told me to take it to a watch shop to get fixed they would pay. So i did this quoted $195 to fix(plus the $20 to send it away). Was then told this is to much and was given an address to send the watch to in auckland. Sent it there and it was sent back not fixed? So now its been over 8 weeks of me wasting my time and money and still have a broken watch. Little to no communication from big daddy watches. Its almost time to involve a lawyer. Nz law is to repair or replace. Neither has been done. Just a headace. 0/10 do no recommend
Yup thats a piece of sellotape holding the bit on 🤦♀️

Broken watch!!
I revived the watch as a present for my partner and it is broken. I want a refund or store credit. This is very unprofessional. I am nit impressed at all.
