The initial watch i ordered was sold out there was one marked at 284 I recieved no feedback as to why my order is delayed. Luckily I logged into the account a more expensive one was loaded and requested I pay 105 dollars more
Had I not logged in to track my order I would have not known.

I have placed an order on 7th September and since then there is no update from them. I have emailed them and left message on their website. No respond at all. I feel like I got scammed. I don’t think they are legit.
Be careful people. Don’t waste your money.

Unfortunately I purchased a couple of watches which, when taken to an authorized repair agent, were found to be FAKES - this is why they insist on their own warranty and not the manufacturers. These guys are connected with other FAKE sites that go by the names: Dawson Watches, Big Daddy Watches, Noxbridge and probably others too.
All of them bring their FAKES in from the UAE - there's no authentic supplier channel.

Overall it was very good experience from ordering to getting it delivered. Fast delivery of the watch. Just bit slow on replying to WhatsApp/messenger enquiries but i got them on email listed. But at the end i got the answer and photos and videos of the watch i wanted to buy. Would definitely buy it again.

Perfect one

I was initially very happy with my purchase, so it was disappointing when the watch stopped working only a few months later.

What disappointed me most, however, was not the fault itself, but how the issue was handled. I think it's important to share my experience so other New Zealand consumers are aware of their rights.

I bought a brand-new Michael Kors watch from The Watches Men in December 2025. When it stopped working after only five months, I hoped it was simply a flat battery. I took it to a local watchmaker, who confirmed that replacing the battery had not resolved the issue and that the watch would need a full service to diagnose the fault.

I then contacted The Watches Men, and asked how I could go about getting the watch repaired under warranty. My request was declined outright, and I was advised they were unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund because the issue fell outside their warranty coverage.

After querying why this was the case, given it was a brand new watch, and referring them to their obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, their position changed, and the discussion shifted towards a remedy. They agreed to reimburse the repair cost, but only in the form of store credit.

I went ahead and got the watch repaired myself, and thankfully, it was successful. I subsequently sent the invoice to The Watches Men, and as I had already incurred the repair cost, I requested reimbursement in cash rather than store credit. I pointed out to The Watches Men that the Consumer Guarantees Act did not require me to accept store credit as a remedy in these circumstances.

Rather than simply reimbursing the repair cost, The Watches Men then made two successive offers involving different combinations of cash and store credit, referencing their low profit margins and business running costs in an apparent attempt to justify those offers. Those commercial considerations had no bearing on their obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

After considerable persistence on my part, the matter was eventually settled, and I received a cash reimbursement, although not for the full cost of the repair. I chose to accept this compromise in the interests of resolving the matter without the need for further proceedings, which would have incurred additional time and expense. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward claim became an unnecessarily arduous process.

For anyone reading this, it's worth knowing that in New Zealand your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act exist independently of a retailer's return policy or voluntary warranty. If goods fail to meet the guarantees in the Act, your rights are based on the legislation, not solely on a retailer’s stated warranty or returns policy. Government Consumer Protection guidance also makes it clear that, while a business may offer an alternative such as store credit, you don't have to accept it if you do not consider it to be a fair resolution.

I hope this feedback encourages the business to review how they meet their obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Had my initial request for assistance been approached differently, this could have resulted in a far more efficient and positive customer service experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from Watches Men.

I ordered a men's watch as a birthday gift for my partner. Instead of receiving the watch I ordered, I was sent the women's version, which was also a lower-priced model. Their initial solution was for me to keep the incorrect watch and accept store credit. This was completely unreasonable, as the watch was intended as a gift for my male partner, so the women's version was of no use to me.

As a result, I had to go through a lengthy and frustrating return process involving numerous emails back and forth before the incorrect watch was finally returned. Even after that, I waited a considerable amount of time with little to no updates on my replacement order. It was only after I followed up that the correct watch was finally sent.

Unfortunately, the replacement arrived with a defective leather strap. This was incredibly disappointing, especially after all the delays and inconvenience. I later discovered, after taking the watch to a local watch shop, that the strap was not the original one. I did not purchase the watch as a clearance, so it is completely unacceptable to receive a watch with a non-original strap. If this was not clearly disclosed before the purchase, it is very misleading to customers. I had expected to receive a genuine, high-quality product from what appeared to be a reputable retailer, but the entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish.

The poor quality control, slow communication, and unsatisfactory customer service have left me with very little confidence in this company. I would not recommend purchasing from Watches Men based on my experience.

It was delivered fast and everything packed well... no damage or anything watch was working fine... will buy again..

I got the Slazenger Diver Multifunction Green Dial Two tone Watch - SL.09.2364.2.01 from them. It is exactly as it looked in the pictures. Getting the links removed from a nearby watch shop so the watch fits well was an easy task too. I have wanted a watch with a green dial for a while now, and recently I thought of getting one with a two-tone stainless steel band too. The Slazenger watch they have fit that description perfectly. Their discount was pretty great too. Great purchase overall and a nice watch added to my collection
