Arrivés vers 6h du matin; prise en charge ultra rapide. Retour 1 semaine après et attente à peine 10 minutes car d’autres clients étaient arrivés avant nous. Personnel aimable, emplacement très proche aéroport. A recommander.

Arnaque utilise votre véhicule pendant votre absence

Conducteur efficace et professionnel ! Pratique quand on trouve pas de places près de l’aéroport. Pas déçu!!

La réalité n'est pas tout à fait conforme au site internet...
On s'attend à un parking souterrain comme sur les photos, on se retrouve sur un parking de station service dans une zone industrielle. Moyennement rassurant.
Au retour 9 personnes dans une navette 8 places.
Les conducteurs ne décochent pas un mot.

Le boulot est fait mais ça reste cher pour ce niveau de service.

Nous avons particulierement apprécié le service efficace et sympathique de ce prestataire à l'aller aussi bien qu'au retour. Malgré un fort retard et une arrivée dans la nuit, le shuttle nous attendais en sortant et et notre voiture était parquée de sorte que nous n'avions qu'à tranvaser les bagages et repartir immédiatement.

Aucun problème. Réservation rapide sur le net. Arrivée au parking de bigpark une personne m a tout de suite prise en charge. Dépôt des bagage dans camionnette, prise de photos de la voiture sur tous les côtés et aéroport en quelques minutes. Nous etions avec une autre famille. Déposés gare routière a Genève, nous dit de l appeler à notre retour. Très sympathique (samedi 20 oct 2018)
Au retour, la camionnette était déjà là, retour sans attendre au parking récupération de la voiture. Côté logistique aucun pb. La personne du retour(mardi 23 oct 2018) était bc plus stressé et moins sympathique, il semblait très préoccupé mais nous étions de retour sans perte de temps et sans pb de voiture. Je repasserai par ce service efficaceot

Very bad experience. Left my car for a week-end and when a went to pick my car back, the door on the left side was broken. Conveniently video vigilance had problems in the moment when it happens. In the end, the manager just laughed at us and send us to resolve the things by ourselves.

UN SCANDALE
J'ai profité des service de BikPark au mois d'octobre 2017. Ceux-ci ont stationné ma voiture sur une place privée et il y a eu infraction. Suite à différents échanges téléphoniques et par mail, BigPark m'a certifié qu'ils avaient réglé l'affaire.
Mais visiblement ils n'ont rien fait, comme je viens de recevoir un avis d'infraction de l'Etat de Genève ... quel SCANDALE !
Je n'ai plus qu'à transmettre le cas à ma protection juridique !

Left the car there for 6 days (30 Dec - 4 Jan 2018) as P26 and P51 lots were all taken, paid 84CHF in total (more or less in line with competitors). Swift reservation and payment through their website. Parking lot is easy to find, close to the airport (3 minutes drive). Guys I met were professional and friendly. I had to wait like 5 minutes for them to pick me up upon arrival (phone call required tho). My return flight was 8 hours late but they did not charge any extra.

Malgré les avis mitigés sur ce prestataire j'ai essayé ses services ce WE en raison de ses tarifs attractifs: personnel aimable, prise en charge immédiate, voiture déjà prête à la descente d'avion, aucun dégât. je recommencerai sans hésiter

Pratique et efficace, à 50 mètre des Départs et Arrivées.

Prix interessant mais le service est à la hauteur du prix! A l aller aucun souci. Par contre au retour nous avons attendu 1h30 pour recuperer la voiture! Tres sympa quand on rentre de voyage avec une enfant de 2 ans! La personne qui etait aux arrivees m a certifiee que je serai remboursée. Cela fait maintenant 3 mois et malgré mes nombreux emails et appels je n ai rien eu et je sais que je n aurai rien! Déplorable!

Horrendous. Staff are useless and disappear at a moments notice. There is no desk or location where you can speak to someone when there's a problem. They drive your cars like maniacs and the so called secure car-park on the website is the forecourt of a car-wash in a back street of the airport. AVOID!!!!

We booked big-park for an early morning flight from Geneva. On arrival I could not find their representative so called the number. After some confusion on the phone I finally spotted a single person with a clipboard also on the phone and this is how we met. There was no signage etc.
I left the vehicle with them and went to catch our flight which unfortunately was delayed and then cancelled.
As a result some hours later I returned to the car park and found the big park representative. I explained the situation and requested that we get our car back. He said this would take 15 minutes which I thought was reasonable as I was coming at a time which was unexpected and he was busy with others.
There the. Followed an hour and a half of the bigpark staff disappearing from view, reappearing and ensuring me the car was on the way only to disappear again. I called the office numerous times and was repeatedly taken of it was coming it was coming. It never came. There were also around a dozen other people milling around having the same problem and being unable to find the staff.
After fully one hour and 45 minutes I finally convinced one of the staff to just take me to the car. I was given a lift in another customers car which they drove like they'd stolen it and then dropped off at a back street car-wash about a mile from the airport where my car was on the forecourt with around thirty others. I "rescued" my car and left.
I have since sent an e-mail enquiringly if I will be refunded the outstanding days of parking which were not used and received no reply.
When it came to our rearranged flights I put the car in the official car park and was happy enough to pay a few francs more knowing that it was safe and secure and not being driven by the bigpark staff again.

2) Representative not really "visible".
Had to call during drop-off and ask other services during pick-up
3) Car received cosmetic damage to the paint while it was under their care
Still awaiting their input on how to process a claim for the damage.
