Best Hosting Company on the Planet
The entire BigScoots team, year over year, task over task, has THE SINGLE BEST customer service. They're basically the Waldorf-Astoria of hosting (but cooler). Every single time I've had an issue that I was unable to troubleshoot on my own for my site, they've been right there, jumping right in to quickly identify the issue and fixing it, or helping me fix it with confidence. The world needs more customer service like this, along with the stellar product they're offering. Having BigScoots as my hosting company has alleviated all mental anxiety about the "what-ifs" as it relates to my site. It's worth the investment.

Can't fault BigScoots. They are the third and hopefully final hosting company I've tried in 7 years. I've been with them for 5 years now! Their customer service is second to none. Response times are unbelievably fast - I'm UK-based and I normally get a response within 5 minutes when I raise a ticket (from a real person). They always go above and beyond to help. Love them to bits!
