I switched to Big Scoots about 3 years ago, and I wish I had made the switch earlier. Their tech support is phenomenal. Their response is immediate and thorough. Even if they have to look into something, they stay in communication and follow through. The only downtime my site has had in three years was a Cloudflare outage. Otherwise, Big Scoots has been consistently online. I do have their boost package, and it's worth the money.
