EXCELLENT SERVICE . Took money , promised to deliver in 3-4 weeks time and delivered in exactly 4 weeks . A SIDI X POWER ENDURO boots is not available in India and so the only solution was Bikegear.in . I’ve been making quite a few purchases from Bike Gear over the past couple of months, and I have to say, it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Akash. The guy is sharp—his responses are like quicksilver, and his timeline accuracy is on point. I’ll admit, I had my initial doubts, but Akash has made the process seamless.

Sourcing high-end gear has become quite a challenge these days, but Bike Gear manages to make it happen—kudos for that! One small piece of advice: consider using a better courier service. My first Shoei 3 helmet was shipped via DTDC, which was a less-than-ideal experience. However, after suggesting a switch, the next consignment arrived via a better service, and it made all the difference.

This is my third purchase from BikeGear.in… the first two were in 2014 when I started riding and when riding wasn’t a big thing in India. I got an Alpinestar jacket and an Airoh helmet back then (those were the days when the availability of riding gear in India was almost zero). I got a Schuberth Helmet recently and they were able to deliver it before time and in perfect condition. The availability of products and service is top notch.

The latest instance was when I urgently needed a good waterproof boots for my Ladakh expedition. I reached out to Ashish and he double timed a delivery to me in less than 2 weeks directly to Chandigarh where I was supposed to start the ride. Can’t thank BikeGear.in enough for all the purchases so far. Also the gear is genuine, no duplicate/fake stuff.

I’ve ordered a lot of stuff from them over the last couple of years, they are very resourceful in terms of sourcing products at a good price and super responsive as well. They also helped me with replacement when an incorrect item was delivered by mistake.

Ordered a Shoei GT Air 3 helmet. Helmet was delivered to my doorstep in a little over 6 weeks from the order date. Akash was very transparent on the timelines and updates. My only suggestion would be to look at a priority courier service rather than a regular courier service once the product clears customs and is locally shipped. Although the box was pretty beaten up, helmet and the other contents in the box were all in pristine condition. But I would not mind paying a little extra for my expensive package to be taken care well in transit.

This is the second time I have purchased a helmet from bike gear.in. The first being an AGV k6 for my wife and recently the AIROh Commander2 for myself. I have been interacting with Aakash and have received excellent input from him. He has taken the time to explain the products and validate my choices which made the process very personal. For each product I have been interacting with Aakash over several months and he has promptly come back with options and inputs to make my decisions easier. Bike gear.
