У меня остался неприятный осадок . Когда мой менеджер была Анастасия я был доволен . Как один человек может навредить банку . Делайте вывод . Представляете , мне в основном мои друзья 2 человека деньги переводили и я карту использовал для оплаты и они меня выгнали за это . Чушь полная , а не банк ..

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. My account was blocked after the first deposit. They denied me access to money for absolutely no reason. Support is very reluctant and communication is very complex and lengthy. To me they are thieves. I have been waiting almost two months now and they are still holding my funds. I have had enough patience with them and will be contacting my legal representative.

The goal is to ensure that transactions are consistent with the institution’s knowledge of the customer, including the source of their funds.
The monitoring time also largely depends on the underlying reasons that triggered such monitoring. Please be informed that you will get the decision based on the results of monitoring no later than 9 February.

Банк Bilderlings не отдает мои деньги. Я получила средства на свой счет от моей подруги с ее счета Bilderlings. После этого мой счет и ее счет был заблокирован. Банк попросил меня предоставить реквизиты для вывода моих средств. Я предоставила их, но банк заявил что теперь они будут проводить внутреннее расследование в течении 30 дней. Спустя 30 дней банк заявил что вернет средства обратно моей подруге . Но они же сами заблокировали ее счет , как они собираются ей возвращать. Весь процесс уже длится больше 2 месяцев, как они не возвращают средства обратно и не выводят их на мои реквизиты . Поддержка просто игнорирует меня. Помогите мне вывести почти 10 тысяч евро с этой мошеннической организации.
