Got what I ordered
Items as pictured, got what I ordered. However, when first entering the website I was told if I signed up for emails I would get a code for $10 off any order of $50 or more. I did this, was told to use the 'code below' but the space was completely blank. Tried again a second time, same story. Needless to say, the site wasn't working correctly and I didn't get the discount, promptly unsubscribed from daily emails. I'll order from this site not when any sale is advertised but when I need their products.

The great news is that we did take $10.00 off of the order for you as a courtesy.

Very high quality
Quality is the best I have found. Everything else looks cheap next to the Bindertek items. The problem is that once you start with this brand, you can't change to anything else. And it's very fully priced, to be charitable. Over $40 for a letter box is ridiculously high.

Superb service
My wife and I recently bought a Moll Champion desk from a company that is no longer in business. When the desk was not functioning properly, I called your firm and spoke to Paul Stucky. He was both knowledgeable and helpful. We needed a small part that he sent free of any charge. And then when I had difficulty installing the part, he sent me instructions. He even suggested I send him a video of the difficulty that he would send to Germany for advice as that is where the desk was manufactured. Fortunately that was not necessary as we were able to get it to work.
Throughout the entire process Paul was a gem. If I need to buy any office materials in the future, I can assure you we will bring our business to you.
