Good website to order & got live assistance via online typing to answer questions. Swift delivery, but heavy handed getting bins off van and abrupt manner from delivery man, wasn’t the best service.... Toon meer

Poor service and very expensive delivery
Didn’t receive an order confirmation, let-alone a delivery notice. Bin didn’t turn up in great condition either, which when the bin cost £75 and a £30 delivery charge is very poor.

Thankyou for taking the time to review your product and experience, its always good to hear if good or not so good as this enable us to improve.
I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the condition of the bin on arrival. All the bins that leave here are wiped down, wrapped and taped shut. From then they go on to a couple of transport vehicles and warehouses which carry a lot of freight and will therefore probably be dusty.
The order confirmations and delivery emails are sent out automatically and are sometimes landing in junk or spam folders and sometimes blocked by security so please accept my sincere apologies if this has happed and you haven't received any communication.
I am more than happy to email out a VAT invoice if required so please let me know.
I do try and keep an eye on prices and believe BFO are pretty much in line with other retailers so again, I'm sorry if you felt we were expensive.
Please let me know if I can help, discuss or clarify anything further.
Kind regards.
Lisa, Bin Factory Outlet Manager.

Thankyou for your review Leslie.
I was unaware of any issue so feel a bit sad about the one star review.
No one has been in touch to let me know.
I have today posted out 3 x axels for the bins first class so these should reach you tomorrow.
If you do come back to us in the future, please get in touch if you have any issues as I can help you out straight away.
All the best
Lisa, Bin Factory Outlet

Thankyou for taking the time to review and for your 5 stars review!
It means so much!
I'm sorry that the confirmation didn't automatically come through, sometimes they are blocked by firewall or go in to spam/junk.
I am more than happy to help out over the phone or email/WhatsApp with any information so I'm glad you called in and I was able to let you know of the delivery.
Let me know if you ever need anything else.
Kind regards

SuggestionTransparent lids
Suggestion. I have discovered that residents in a Student Hall are too scared to lift the lid to check if a bin is full. Instead they flytip next to the bins, some of which are empty. Transparent lids would help them to see just how full the bins are. Is it possible to manufacture bins with transparent lids??

Really dodgy
Really dodgy - right at the moment I pressed the button to process the payment, suddenly it turns our there's a £30 delivery charge that was not mentioned until it's too late. Then I had to waste half an hour cancelling the payment...sharp practices...

Dear customer, I'm sorry that you feel cause give a one star based on the delivery charge.
The delivery charge appears at checkout once your address details are put in, simular to a lot of other sites.
The website does not state FREE DELIVERY and in the terms and conditions of delivery, it states that delivery is charged at checkout.
Any customer that gets in touch usually receives a prompt response to their query even if its the weekend and I believe this has happened in this case via email so apologies if you feel that you haven't been dealt with promptly or have been misled.
Kind regards, Lisa, Bin Factory Outlet Manager.

Thankyou for taking the time to leave a review. Glad everything went smoothly for you.
Went above and beyond
Without even requesting it, our company logo was placed on the front of the bin! And the delivery was super convenient, brought to us easily and during the day so staff were able to be present.
