I had used this company before so was confident of good service. The installers were friendly and polite and did the work quickly and thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves. Telephone queries and emails where I needed clarification or assistance were answered without hesitation. Based on my experience I would recommend this company.

We have received a first class service from BCG from start to finish. They initially came to give a quote a couple of
Months ago and when the quote arrive we were really pleased with it because tbf we had expected it to be much more as we had requested 'tilt and turn' unit for easy cleaning.
We agreed a date which suited us about 8 weeks later as we had other work going on at the time.
On the day the fitters came it was bucketing down with rain. But they cracked on and got the job done with no fuss. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess at all.
I would highly recommend BCG to anyone every step of the way they have been professional and accommodating.

I’m not even sure where to start.

In December 2024 we had a new PVC door fitted. The same day I put a complaint in as the fitter stank of alcohol and they didn’t finish the job before leaving.

Little did we know how bad it was about to get…

We have now had BCG out to our home over 20 times. We have had to break in to our own home by kicking a door down (once on Christmas Day) and have been locked out or in on more times than I can actually count now.

To be fair to them, they have always come out promptly, and have tried to resolve the issue.

Over a year later and we have had the slab replaced and then the barrel replaced…but we are still being locked in or out on a daily basis.

Because this started to happen immediately after the door was fitted, we got £500 off the bill. Of which we did not pay until the issue seemed to be resolved. But then a few months later, when the weather turned cold again, the problems started again.

I have been locked outside my house in the cold with a newborn baby on several occasions. And I have missed appointments because we have been unable to get out.

On Christmas Eve we had to turn people away from our home because we had no way of letting them in.

On Christmas Day we had guests LOCKED in our home.

That was just two instances over Christmas alone.

I have sent multiple videos over the Christmas period, but this has been the most stressful and not to mention dangerous experience.

My husband’s mother was killed in a house fire 6 years ago. I cannot express how scary a situation like being locked in your own home in that scenario is, particularly for our family. Imagine there was a fire and we couldn’t get out.

I run a business from home where customers are required to collect on a daily basis. On Friday we couldn’t open the door to a queue of people. It’s utterly embarrassing.

Jordan in the office is always helpful, but it’s not his call what happens next, and he just tells me it has been passed to directors. Their last communication to me was last Monday 6th Jan.

I have never ever experienced anything like this, but we are now at the point of requiring more than a full refund. We will be demanding compensation for the complete stress and upset this has been causing us for over a year now, and still no resolution.

I feel my next step will be to take this to Trading Standards, as they don’t seem to understand or care about the severity of this. Especially considering we no longer have a second entrance to use in emergencies (which are currently almost daily)

Had new porch fitted today by DAVE made a brilliant job from black country windows no mess was left really nice man

Total waiste of peoples money and time quoted me for a windscreen replacement phoned them over a week ago told them I needed it for my MOT on the 20th he said he would be here today the 19th between 9 and 12 didn't turn up no phone call no email I totally wouldn't waste your time and money there useless company and don't care about customers wish I could sue them for waisting my time and money

Perfect service from start to very speedy finish. Extremely happy with my new door, the service, and the information given between the quote and installation. Would have no hesitation in using this company again.

My experience with Black Country windows was excellent from the first time I contacted them for a quote to the finished job of replacing all my windows Dave & Josh were excellent nothing was too much trouble everything was left clean & tidy at the end of the day. Would not hesitate in recommending this company. Gemma in the office was great, the guys who came to measure up were very helpful. Dave and Josh the fitters were superb , real perfectionists from start to finish.

Dave & Josh are incredibly talented individuals who performed their job flawlessly, adding a touch of humor even in the midst of unfavorable weather conditions. Additionally, I gained valuable knowledge on the application of silicone. :-)

Gemma in the office is fantastic, the fitters are extremely neat and tidy and really friendly, and the windows are superb quality. I've used BCG for a number of windows and a conservatory and they are always reliable.

Arrived early which was very good.
They worked efficiently and promptly. Cleaned the area when they finished leaving it as they found, completed job was excellent and would definitely recommend the company. Many thanks to all involved from start to finish.
