Poor quality, very bad communication and response, unprofessional service and false promises, nothing goes smoothly with these guys and when you trying to call they ignore your call. We paid so much money thinking we’ll have our dream conservatory but we ended up with a ceiling that leaks every time it rains and unevenly fitted doors that we can’t close and a terrible uneven walls that we have had to pay another company thousands of pounds to repair them. This company caused me and my family so much stress so be careful.

This company is awful. The sales tactics are intimidating, they ask women if they have a partner or live alone.

They do not return refundable deposits easily, and without hassle.

I would recommend, as strongly as possible, to find another company that is reputable and safe.

This company are literally makeing me ill.. I've had mediation to sort this out, Pav signed contracts to replace the roof of my Conservatory or give us £8,000 back never been back, ignores our calls, not given the money back for roof so i can get someone else in to replace it so i can use the conservatory. cant go away anyway as if it rains the floor gets wet though for those reviews that say there work is good communication is good & work is prompt.... AF Glazing is NOT a good company they ripp customers off. I have all the dates, pictures & other paperwork receipts

these people have kept my deposit after i decided to cancel the order, it been over a month and still nothing, i have called many times and they said they will return it in cash ? it was a bank transfer, then the sales person will drop it off ? then i send them my bank details as requested and still nothing.

Refusing to answer my calls now

Cheats & liars from every aspect. I can’t count how many promises Pav made& broke. Very bad work in fact a disaster. Over 3 years & I’m still chasing them for money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They lie on quotes, build absolutely wonky walls vertically & horizontally. Cost me a fortune to correct the flooring with another company!

This company literally make me ill and for those reviews that say there work is good, communication is good & work is prompt…. Shame on you because AP Glazing is NOT that company therefore you are also involved in ripping customers off. I have all the dates, pictures & other builders receipts who I had to pay to sort the crap APG left behind.

It was a big mistake trying to do business with this company, We did not want to give them any star rating but unfortunately this choice was unavailable. A standard conservatory that should be completed in two months (according to this company) took three years to complete and that’s not all, it was a disaster and very disappointing on every scale.

This review is to be continued and the next time I’m going to talk in more details and provide pictures showing some of their poor work.
Please be aware and don’t make the same mistake, stay away from this dodgy company and don’t believe a word of what they say.

Avoid this company at all costs paid a deposit to mac in November have never fitted the door or window when I call they come up with every excuse under the sun. We have called multiple times have asked for my deposit back I have never received it. This company should be shut down for ripping people off.

In my experience, communication and workmanship fell well below an acceptable standard. Payment was taken, but the job was not completed as agreed and took significant effort to chase. When work was eventually carried out, I was unhappy with the quality, including issues such as drafts remaining, poorly finished sills, scratched glass, and other defects.
I was also disappointed with how post-installation issues were handled. The guarantee offered did not, in my view, provide meaningful protection, as problems were not resolved despite repeated contact.
The representative I dealt with who has been mentioned in numerous reviews (please see other reviews his name is mentioned numerous times) who chooses the name he wants to be known as on the day gave inconsistent information and at one point criticised the company himself, suggesting he could carry out the work privately for less. I raised this with the company and was told he would no longer be used, however my later experience suggested otherwise. (This rep had obviously contacted Trustpilot for me to take his name out of my review, even though he has been mentioned numerous times in others, starts with M. PLEASE DO NOT BE TALKED INTO PARTING WITH YOUR CASH AFTER HE TELLS YOU ITS A ONE DAY DEAL, lets see if he contacts Trustpilot again, I personally think that if a person scams people out of money he should be named and shamed)
I have previously shared my experience online and those posts were removed. While the company was quick to make contact regarding reviews, resolving the actual issues took far longer and, in my case, remained unresolved.
This review reflects my personal experience, although read all the other reviews (not ones that have been entered by rep) I would strongly advise others to carry out thorough research and consider alternative companies before proceeding.

After receiving a pushy visit from the Maken at the very end of November, at the time of the visit I was convinced his company was the one for the job. However I did actually feel very uncomfortable with the pressure put on me there and then to part with a deposit without any time at all to think about it. Looking back now, I feel I have been played for a total fool at parting immediately with that £600 deposit without having a chance to weigh up my options. I have to admit his offer was a great one, and very persuasive, however there was no chance to think about his tempting proposal (which would be valid only that day so I needed to do it here and now). So that was where his lack of professionalism and my gullibility led to me signing a contract and parting with £600 cash.

A few days later a change of circumstances arose which meant I had no choice but to cancel my order with AP Glazing...Naturally as I cancelled before the cooling off period, I am now owed a refund for that deposit.

The response has been totally farcical and completely outside their terms and conditions, basically fobbing me off every time I call the office (if they decide to answer the phone that is..) ...this goes round and round and round interminably...they now no longer answer my calls at all..today I experimented by using a different number straight after my call was not answered...and guess what? The phone was answered!! Their dishonesty and lack of customer service skills are outstanding..DO NOT USE..they will not actually follow their terms and conditions of the 7 day cooling off period..DO NOT USE if you do not want to be scammed if you have second thoughts or have to cancel your agreement for any reason.DO NOT USE if you don't want to be stressed out and unnecessarily lose money..DO NOT USE unless you don't care about parting and not recouping your deposit, or playing ridiculous magic roundabout games.

A few days after writing my original review , yes I got a call back from Maken because I had written his name in the review. The motive for the call: to get me to edit the report so that he wasn't named and he would refund me the week after. Two weeks passed and still nothing, followed by numerous calls during the last 6 months either not being answered, or with 'I've been ill', 'I've had family problems, 'sorry I've been in hospital ', 'sorry i don't know what the office is playing at with not sending people their refunds', 'the office is really not pleasing me at all with their messing around with people ', 'Im now setting up on my own because the office are just not playing ball' etc etc etc...total swindler full of a lot of (well I'll be polite and say 'rubbish' and excuses). Total and utter lying thief, who now won't answer my calls. A full report to trading standards will be written within the next 3 - 4 weeks if the refund hasn't appeared by then..Maken this is your last warning!

PS Anyone else on here who has been swindled by AP Glazing, as I see quite a few others have been, please feel free to contact me to add your experiences into mine to help recoup your monies at the same time.

But I do know you read your reviews because the only time you phone me is to promise me the work will be done if I take my negative review down

So if I don't get me refund in 7 days then I will go to the next step

Mike comes round and offers some great prices and great selection of windows and doors
Then ignores messages, phone calls, rude on the phone to you, false promises
Still haven’t completed a job it’s almost been a year!!!!!

Mike (if that’s his real name) goes by several names I’ve heard from other people because he is a SCAMMER

Thankfully we never gave them money for the pending job that needs doing BUT someone else might of and they would have lost out so please do not use this terrible company!!!!

I purchased windows from AP Glazing approximately four years ago. At the time, I was assured a 10-year warranty on some components and a 5-year warranty on others. However, one of my windows now has severe condensation inside—a problem covered by that 10-year warranty. Since December, I have made over 20 calls and left numerous messages, yet I have received absolutely no response. The lack of customer service is appalling—no replies, no communication whatsoever. I am now considering escalating the issue to the relevant ombudsman. My advice: avoid this company at all costs. They do not stand by their warranties and offer zero customer support

Replacement of windows external door and French doors. Lovely man who sorted it out for us Mike always at the end of the phone for advice and help he goes above and beyond for customers i would highly recommend dealing with MIKE

I wouldn’t recommend using this company.
Had a quote for windows and front door in October 2025.
Did have to chase them a bit for a date for fitting. Windows were fitted end of November 2025. Can’t fault the windows or the fitters. But no door was fitted. I had to repeatedly chase and was given several excuses. I was assured by phone just before Xmas that my door would be fitted week commencing 5/1. I have chased 3 times this week so far and had no response so I have messaged to say I’m looking elsewhere.
I had concerns when I placed the order due to reading the bad reviews online and was told that I would be reassured throughout the whole process. Something that didn’t happen at all.
Sadly they let themselves down with their poor customer service.

Raman and his crew came to install brand new windows throughout our entire home. The windows are outstanding, featuring A+ rated glass. Raman and his team completed an exceptional installation. They look stunning both inside and out. I can't imagine having received better service. Extremely satisfied!

Disgusting. I had my windows installed in June. It is now December and I still have not received my FENSA certificate. Each time I call for an update I was told that it would be looked into. Little did I know that they knew exactly why I hadn't received it. I called the FENSA office only to be told that AP Glazing has a 'Hold' on their account which means that they I have something outstanding, therefore, something they haven't paid or or done legally. This means that I am still without my FENSA certificate that I should have received 6 weeks after installation. FENSA are chasing them up on my behalf but that isn't good enough. AP Glazing knew they were on hold before they took my money and lied about it each time I called to find out where it was. I would still be wondering now if I hadn't contacted FENSA themselves. THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Their Liars.

Ordered windows and a conservatory in June for ASAP fit the job was finished in November.
The quality of the windows is good but communication with the company impossible. I am still waiting for my Fensa certificates. It was all about the money with this company , 10% deposit up front and then instant payment when work done even when the workmen were on site and hadn't completed. That's the only time they contacted me quickly. It's a real shame as the workmanship is great but not nice when you know your calls are being ignored. The only way we actually got the work started was to threaten legal action to reclaim our deposit.
Buyer beware.

Please stay away from this company all they do is scam people, they took my money then had the audacity to say close dispute with the bank, stay well away.
