Fake Site Reviews 

Worst kind of human you can meet! Avoid this company at all cost! My Sister who is recovering from cancer, hired this company to redo all her windows and front door in Oct 2023 (yes 2023). This con man has around three different names. Raj, Mark (he has used this name to write a positive reviews dated 18 Jan 2025 to keep his ratings high) and the other name is Navesh Khanna. This name is believed to be his real name. He promised my sister that he would come and complete the job but always has an excuse for why he can’t do it. My Sister is so stressed and has lost so much money. This man needs to be stopped! All the positive reviews are from him and are all untrue. Pay the extra and get the job done on time and correctly from a professional & reputable company with legit reviews. Remember he goes by 3 different names. RAJ, Mark and Navesh Khanna (this believed to be his real name).

Very pleased with the new windows supplied and fitted by AP Glazing. Great price, all looks good quality and the fitters were excellent. Very respectful courteous and a great finish to all windows patio door and porch 😀

I must say seeing some of the reviews on the site I was expecting to have bad look wiv this company but from start to finish the work was great the fitter gill was one ov the best workers I've ever seen I had 8windows fitted it was a few days late due to the windows I had ordered but no was told before and a few days to wait was well worth it as my windows look so good thank you to ap and a very big thank you to the fitter gill I will use this company min the future thank you

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Unfortunately I had my windows done by this company in January. In mid August the issues still hadn’t been resolved.
I had glass that didn't fit the frames, they smashed a window, door wasn’t sealing properly, windows that didn’t seal properly.
My son's bedroom still had a huge crack all the way across.
The main issue though are the constant broken promises, the 13 missed appointments with not even a phone call, and the general shoddy customer service. If you have an issue, it appears there's no hope of ever getting it resolved.
I finally got the tangible issues resolved after the 16th arranged appointment but they were still making unfulfilled appointments and 8 months on I still don’t have the relevant paperwork and will have to chase FENSA myself.
Not only do they mess you about, they make you feel foolish for trusting anything they say.

*EDIT in response to your comment. No, the paperwork was given over last week AFTER I left the review again after I was ignored chasing it 3 times over the previous 3 weeks and finally gave up. The snags were only done recently after the second time I left the review. Each time I took the review down due to promises that were not fulfilled and I was ignored and they only ever got resolved when the review went back up.
FENSA can confirm the paperwork was only filed last week (they still haven’t dispatched it yet).
Yet more lies which are now accompanied with threatening phone calls from the company.
I have left this review as an honest report on my experience with the company and I’m not trying to gain anything further from them.
They left huge cracks in glass, windows that didn’t fit by 5mm so the air was blowing through and sunlight coming in over the door… how could I be satisfied being left like this for over 6 months!?
Ridiculous.
I have evidence that I’m happy to supply showing all the missed appointments, the FENSA report date, the ignored messages, none returned phone calls and then the call logs from the harassment I’ve received since leaving this final review if you wish?

Amazing service, they fitted both front and back windows. Came on time and where great at there job.

I had window and door repair and replaced.great quality product and with great work experience . Communication level was great proper point to point talk and I wish I will go ahead with u in future

The guys at AP were great! We had our windows replaced at first which we are really pleased with. We then got them to build a conservatory for us. I cannot fault them at all. They gave us regular updates during the build process and kept to the timescales discussed. Thank you AP Glazing!

Had windows fitted by these guys had a few issues needed sorting out after countless ringing and mostly going to answer phone they never picking up I got know we’re wouldn’t recommend at all

PLEASE don't use this company. Quick enough to take your money, however, after weeks and weeks we continue to wait for work to be rectified and still missing a front door. Poor communication, state they will be coming on a date and they don't turn up. This has happened on several occasions.

I had read the reviews before I booked AP Glazing which were mixed but they had been recommended by a friend. I was pleased with the new windows and doors initially but feel let down by the aftercare. I have a few issues that need dealing with which have been promised to be completed but still no joy a month later. I was very hesitant to make the final payment before these final bits were done but was promised faithfully that these would be done a few days later, Still waiting. I have contacted Mac many times and he was very quick to contact/ hassle me when we wanted paying but not now. Very disappointed.
