Fake Site Reviews

Windows installed October 2021. Poor quality , openers don’t seal properly let’s draught in . No trickle vents added ,Poor service from start to finish. No fensa certificate received after several requests for it, given up now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, bunch of crooks!!!

We had a conservatory fitted 5 and a half years ago. It took 12 weeks to fit when 4 weeks was quoted. When we've had a leak it took over 100 phone calls to mac and pav the owner to sort. I'm still chasing a contract and an electrical certificate....an absolute joke....

AP Glazing provided us with a good quality conservatory and replacement windows. They provide a good service. Beware of buying any "Add-ons" or "extras" from their salesman.
Stick with the basics and you can't go wrong!

Excellent company to have your conservatory fitted, excellent customer service and great customer care, highly recommended, clean workers fitting the conservatory, if there’s anymore glazing or building work needed I would recommend this company
Did have an issue but was resolved
Thank you for your service

I see on a previous review of AP Glazing Oldbury Ltd after weeks of phone calls a bunch of flowers chocolates and pressure to remove my review of this company from Naresh Khanna who also goes by the name of Mac I see today they have replied to my previous review with lies I have a private surveyor report of many problems I had with the conservatory they built and still to this day over a year on the floor is still not level it slopes I was asked by Naresh previously to buy self levelling concrete and do it ourselves or have the floor tiled bearing in mind there is on going ill health and there was NO booking whatsoever for the window handles to be replaced today in fact I was in I didn’t open the door to Naresh I knew what it was going to be more pressure to take my review down all the company had to do was contact me and send 1 of their fitters to do the window locks there was no need for Naresh to attend to bully and harass and try to intimidate me which as been the on going tactics for months like I stated in a previous review I was asked to write a review to say all had been rectified because I could not take my review down because of problems getting on to my original review I wish I had never heard of this company and had them to do work at my property big big mistake and their lies continue today if it wasn’t for cheap locks they would not have to be replaced on a conservatory just over a year old Amendment window handles have been replaced

We are delighted with our windows and beautiful conservatory. The glaziers worked hard with skill and precision and were always polite and tidy. The end result was well worth waiting for.

5/8/23: Further to our previous comment, we are grateful to Matt for keeping his word and providing the laminated wood flooring that really sets off the conservatory.

Have taken thousands of pounds for incomplete, shoddy work.

Just had the windows done for the majority of the house and have nothing but good to say about the company. Very professional from beginning to end. Work carried out to a very high standard. Very friendly customer service and very polite workers. Would definitely recommend!

I can't believe i had gone with this company to do all my windows and doors I'm totally gutted they've ruined my home. They have made the house colder than before. I've made complaints and they won't reply to messages or answers calls. I have a vulnerable 3yrs old in the house. The wheather is awful at the minute and they just don't care. There's gaps in all the windows and doors the heat escapes it's so bad. Even my nose is so cold even with extra clothes on. All the central heating escapes throught the gaps. We've They wasted so much money on the heating and the house can't get warm. they won't send us a sensa certificate either even though they promised and said they woul give it after final payment. The job eas completed Oct 2022 and it's December 2022
