Windows and door look fine,but spray foam for bottom of doorjar is poor fill hence 4 stars.as for salesman Raj,do not trust this man,do not part with cash to him,he is a lying, cheating,thief who i am now seeking legal advice about for deposits not refunded for a different job.

Professional service from start to finish, had 5 upstairs windows replaced, very happy with the quality and standard received from the chaps fitting and the sales team, providing value for money against the larger glazing firms out there.

Excellent service from coming out and giving me a quote to the job being done. Have had 2 windows one being a bow window in the living room great workmanship from Gill and the 2 lads sorry didn’t get their names, freezing cold weather kept them goin with lots of hot drinks but they plodded on with job would recommend to all my friends and family, I’m so impressed I’m even considering having new front and back doors

STAY AWAY from this SHAM Company! Totally agree with all the other 1 star reviews. If you are going to spend this type of money go elsewhere!
Workmanship is crap! I have never seen so much silicone used, the sign of poor workmanship. Just a complete hatchet 🪓 job. The guarantee is worth nothing no point them even giving it to you as when you need to hold them accountable all you get is can you email in some pictures of their crap work! Every excuse is given to never have to come back to your property basically fix it yourself or better still use a company that knows what they are doing.
They answer the phone “hello” and do not even say the company name, that should be the first red flag 🚩
Do NOT be parted from your money with this company, they are rude think that they can speak to customers like they are dick heads! Zero customer service particularly when it is just some random answering the phone

All our windows have been changed to great standard. Thank you APGlazing for your customer service, especially Raj for being available to answer any questions throughout. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I recently had my new conservatory done by AP Glazing. They had stuck by their word and finished the conservatory in 3+ months. To be honest before booking, i saw few negative comments online, however things were totally different when you engage and work with them. Though, I would recommend them to look on their time management ( this is due to their work demand in market).I was impressed by the work done by the staff, specially Gill, and I do not regret choosing AP Glazing. Pav and owner were amazing and had good customer service. I definitely recommend them. +++++++

I have just had a new composite front door fitted at my house and couldn't be happier. The installer who fitted the door was professional and friendly and the finish of the job is to a high standard. I'm really pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend AP Glazing.

This company is a shame , using fake bs kite mark glass and extremely poor fitting service , warranty is extremely worrying they never come back out , just give you excuses , the glass we had went for testing , and was supposed to be toughened glass , it cracked like a normal pane of glass !!! if you wants some free advice. Can provide any images and there certificate that proves these butchers fitted these windows . Just look at all the negative reviews but it’s not there fault lol AVOID AT ALL COSTS ,!!!!!!!

Beware of the man who calls himself Mac. He will come to your home, stating that this is a family owned company that will look after you. He will steadily coerce you to order new windows with him, quoting a very cheap offer, and then take your deposit knowing that this would be the last you will see your money if you change your mind within the 7 (not the usual 14) day grace period. We have been chasing him and the company now for over 8 months, including going to the factory site itself. We have had numerous telephone conversations during which he has made promises to meet and return our money but has not kept - would not turn up or give an excuse. He has also been quite rude to my elderly mother.

AP Glazing Oldbury Ltd do not deserve a single star in view of their totally unprofessional behaviour.

At no time did we ask for a conservatory and then change our mind.We already had a conservatory that had nothing wrong with it.I will not take down our review as every word I have posted is true.I could add a lot more but do not want to get into a game of blame ping pong.I will update my review after the court case
