I'm really happy with the work that's been done on my new window and conservatory, the guys worked hard and I'm very pleased with the outcome! However do not be scammed by the rep that goes by Mike or Mac he will try and sell you kitchens/Gardens etc on the side, take your money and mess you around, stick with using AP glazing only fensa certificate registration has been screenshot and sent

Good price, Mike explained everything clearly. Very quick.Very helpful, tidied up after themselves each day and did a good finish.

I recently had the pleasure of working with AP Glazing for a window fitting project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, their professionalism and efficiency were truly top-notch. The team arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and handled the installation with great care and attention to detail.

Not only did they provide a seamless and hassle-free experience, but they also worked efficiently, completing the job ahead of schedule without compromising quality. The windows themselves are fantastic — high-quality, perfectly fitted, and they’ve made such a difference to both the look and insulation of my home.

What stood out most was their customer service. They were always available to answer questions, offered great advice on the best options for my needs, and made sure everything was to my exact specifications. I also appreciated how clean and tidy they left the place after finishing the job.

I highly recommend AP Glazing to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and efficient window fitting service. They truly exceeded my expectations!

Communication from start to finish appalling during the fitting of our cnservatory. We were left waiting so many times for goods or workers to turn up. We were chasing them up so many times and ring backs promised didn't happen.
In response to below. Blaming the client is hardly professional especially as we are disabled OAPs. We did NOT receive a discount due to delays, we paid the full quotation given at the outset. Not sure where you got that information from!! 🤔

The footings were put in 5th November but the base deteriorated so badly had to be redone later. When the conservatory was eventually erected there was a gap around the base which we filled in ourselves rather than call them out again and be left waiting. If you value your sanity don't engage A P Glazing.

They did me a great job fitting my conservatory and a new back door. Quality looks good and great fitters. Well done and thank you

But regulation not saying use 1 pound worth air vent for £700 pound worth windows don't matter how long you using it for still 1 pound worth i paid 700 pound per windows and I'm not happy with air vent again regulation not saying use 1 pound worth air vent for 700 pound window again the regulation not meant using 1 pound worth air vent that's why I gave you 1 star for using cheap product and charging customer 700 pound per window

AVOID - READ ALL REVIEWS PLS!!

This company (AP Glazing Oldbury Ltd) is unprofessional and never seem to complete a job, the standard and customer service is a different story.

Owner (Naresh Khanna) goes by alias names (Raj & Mark) which is a red flag in itself. Please do not attempt to save money and pay that little bit extra to get job done via a reputable firm who do not cause the consumer stress & anxiety.

Again, if urge you to read all the bad reviews in here and if you are unfortunate enough to agree them to do your job - good luck!
