If you value your home and want to keep your family safe then do not do business with this company!

You WILL BE SCAMMED out of thousands of pounds and left with nothing in return.
I had all the windows on my home replaced by this cowboy company but no FENSA certificate was produced as insurance against their shoddy workmanship.

FENSA stands for Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme. It’s a government-authorised scheme that allows window and door installers in England and Wales to self-certify compliance with Building Regulations.
You’ll also need this certificate when selling your home, as conveyancers will request evidence that any replacement doors or windows were installed legally and properly.
A FENSA certificate proves the work meets current energy efficiency and safety standards without needing a separate inspection from your local authority.

AP Glazing employed a salesman by the name of Raj/Mac/Jason (all fake names), his real name is NARESH KHANNA, promised us a front door and a bifold. We paid upfront and to this day no front door or bifold!
Our home was left open to the elements and unsecure whilst we sourced replacements from a more reputable company.
We paid for all brass handle fittings and AP Glazing showed up with chrome, We had to go to the factory in Birmingham to retrieve our handles as the company failed to deliver the handles after many calls to the manager.
They also fitted a window with cracked window pane and took months to replace it.
I have photos, texts, emails and an invoice showing what we were promised but not delivered unlike the fake positive reviews.

We had new windows fitted all round the house and to be honest the fitters that did the job were really good but,they were also supposed to of fitted a front and inner door but this never arrived. We did get in touch with themselves at first but was given a range of excuses, different dates but nothing happened, they now never answer the phone so we have gone to another company.
We then tried to contact them buy phone and email about the guarantee and Fensa certificate but again no reply so we have reported them to Fensa.
There are plenty of other glazing companies to use rather than these

Poor quality work and zero attention to detail. The team left a mess behind and ignored my complaints afterwards. Completely unprofessional — wish I had gone elsewhere.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and the installation was rushed. The final result looked cheap and unfinished. Definitely not worth the money.

We had an excellent service from AP Glazing. The windows and doors were expertly fitted by Rahman at AP Glazing. Very professional job and very clean and tidy when finished. We are very happy with the workmanship, happy with the service, and very pleased ith the quality of product.

From beginning to end the work carried out went smt. The guys that fitted my windows, doors and porch, were on time every day, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. AP Glazing also gave me a good price. My windows and doors look beautiful. I'm very pleased with them.

Raman and his team ,arrived to fit the whole house with new windows.The windows are of superb quality ,with A+ rated glass.Raman and his team ,did a fantastic job.They look great from outside ,and inside.I don 't believe I could have got a better job.

One day it is Mike Singh, yesterday is Mac and real name is Naresh. One of the sweetest guys you will meet from day 1 and then become the biggest con artist who will take your money and run. Will come back with Broken promises. Please avoid and buy elsewhere. What he is also good at is representing other businesses at the same time too to get more commission from his work as AP Glazing.

Had windows fitted today. They look amazing. The lads that fitted them were very professional, polite and respectful.
Will definatley recommend them to friends and family on a job well done.
Well worth it.

I had a conservatory installed by AP Glazing. The work was completed today. It should have been finished a bit earlier but the initial building work took longer than expected and I had to follow up with them frequently.
It wasn’t a simple job, three different teams were involved in completing it. In the end the work they have done is excellent; It looks very nice and beautiful now.
The managerial team is easy to reach and they are very professional.
I would recommend AP Glazing to anyone interested in having a conservatory work done.

We recently replaced our windows and they are very good. The fitters were friendly and efficient. Would recommend!!

Avoid Avoid Avoid! We had work carried out in 2019 which should have been completed before my son was born! It still wasn’t finished on his first birthday! Constantly lied too saying someone would turn up to work on our conservatory which they were building, they didn’t turn up. Ignored phone calls, then told we were harassing them! The foundations weren’t done properly, the whole thing had to be underpinned, they channeled out of my wall for wiring to go in and never plastered it properly (had to pay for a plasterer) they didn’t complete the circuit on the electrics (had to pay for an electrician) the brickwork was that terrible (had to pay to get it rendered) The roof is leaking (now need a new roof) they completely destroyed my garden as supplies were left months sitting there. Please please don’t use them, it’s not worth the emotional upset, the money or the constant stream of trades men you need after they have left. We had the conservatory put up for more space for our family, we really wish we hadn’t of bothered, we are now 5 years on and it’s problem after problem with it. The roofer we have had come today cannot believe how terrible the roof has been constructed.
They have zero respect and really don’t care if they do an awful job and I think they actually like being rude.

Hi Pav,

I really don’t think that’s a good enough offer considering a new build conservatory has a 10 year guarantee.
We’ve already paid for-

A plasterer - due to awful work channeling out for wires! £200

Electrician - as your electricians didn’t complete the circuit! £225

Electrician again as your electrician didn’t do the lighting correctly! £200

Renderer - as the brick work was so awful it was letting water in! £450

Gardening company - to completely re do our garden due the amount of time you had materials sat on our back garden and the fact that you didn’t do the original foundations deep enough so the build had to be under pinned £5000

We now need to replace the roof as the pitch is completely wrong for the type of roof, the flashing you used is temporary tape, the felt is garden felt and not roofing felt. Nothing in the roof was screwed down and now it’s letting water in which has now affected the plaster! Our quotes just for the roof and not including the plasterer and repainting are between £700 and £800.

Look forward to hearing from you once you’ve read this and reconsidered.

The reply from AP glazing is yet again another lie! I have emails that confirm we started to raise issues from the 16/6/2020. I am more than happy to send these emails to anyone considering using AP glazing, I also have text messages going back to before the 16th June which again I am happy to share.
I was even accused of harassing them when I tried to contact them about faulty work they had completed on my property. I also have a photo of their builder Arthur sunbathing on my grass when they were more than 9 months behind schedule.

AP glazing workers very respectable and did a very good job

Fitters arrived on installation day for my new French doors, back door and two windows. They were on time and did a fantastic job and worked straight through to have it all completed on one day. They were very considerate and very helpful. Also it was for a great price for great quality.

What a difference it has made with my new conservatory very clean and tidy.
Would Recommend to all friends and family thanks Ap Glazing.

Avoid at All Costs, Especially if You're a Single Woman

Absolutely disgusted with the way my daughter has been treated by AP Glazing, particularly by Mike Singh (who also goes by Mak or Muckhan). She initially reached out to the company just before the first May bank holiday, and Mike visited her home. He weirdly asked her on the initial call if she lived alone or has a hubby, if my daughter told me this intially I would have said to cancel the appointment as this is such a strange thing for a man in his mid-60s to ask a young woman. He pressured her into agreeing to new windows and taking a hefty deposit the same day, without giving her time to properly think things through.

The very next day, she informed him she would not be going ahead and requested a refund — providing plenty of notice and following the correct process. It’s now been four weeks of false promises, ignored messages, and no refund. Despite chasing multiple times, she has been met with nothing but stalling tactics.

What’s worse is that Mike has been dodging her calls and only answered when she called from a private number — only to be rude and dismissive. This is disgraceful, manipulative behaviour, especially towards a young single woman trying to deal with this professionally.

I strongly advise anyone — particularly women — to avoid this company. Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely lacking in integrity.
