Very good product
And friendly delivery

We’ve had an excellent experience working with Multi Turn Stairs.

From start to finish, their processes are extremely well organised and professional. Delivery was late. No info or apology. Luckily some helpful electricians unloaded for me as I have spinal arthritis. Driver ignored my request to reverse in, broke the trench boards and then threw some pieces of my staircase (rolling about the lorry floor) out of the curtain side lorry onto the building site floor. He said it didn't matter as it all gets sanded. £7.5k for that!
I complained but they said it was all my fault as I should have refused a late delivery. Quality wasn't as I'd hoped. Wish I'd never heard of them.

Not a very good experience
Stairs arrived but delivery driver was on his own. ( it is expected onsite labour is available to help the driver unload but they don’t tell you this ) Luckily I was able to help him but I honestly didn’t expect that I was to be required to help unload the van.
My fitter arrived the day after to start. One major error, which we did raise with them, was the string on the bottom flight was bowed. It meant when fitting the newel, the newel was out of plum quite considerably. We also found the groves in the newels were engineered too small to fit the half landing. All this had to be rectified on site by my Carpenter which was disappointing.
I was also disappointed to see how badly some areas had been primed. The larger (easier) areas seemed to have a suitable coating but all the fiddly smaller areas had very little primer. The finish was also very rough. We spent a considerable amount of time sanding and re applying primer which I did not expect to be doing.
I’d like to have thought these things wouldn’t have passed their quality checks before delivery. I did email Multiturn once the stairs had been finished and they did reimburse me £400 but I wasn’t very happy with the way they chose to handle my concerns.
Luckily, I had a very skill full Carpenter with an extreme attention to detail who saved the day.
