Blackstone Surveyors Reviews

We decided to choose Blackstone Surveyor Ltd after reading customer reviews on the internet.
We had a chance to meet the surveyor at the flat we intend to buy and he showed us exact whereabout problems the flat is facing. He was very patient to answer our questions and provide us a very professional survey report. His report is very useful for us.
Overall we are very pleased with the service Blackstone Surveyor Ltd provided. We would recommend them to anyone who needs home survey.

Excellent, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful. The Principal Surveyor was able to provide a Comprehensive Valuation Report within days!

I would definitely use them again.

Did a search for property valuation surveyors on the internet and was contacted by the principal surveyor from Blackstone Surveyors. Right from the first call I found him to be knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He was extremely pleasant to deal with - explained things clearly, easy to communicate with both in returning queries and explaining points. If I needed another valuation I would use them immediately - I would highly recommend Blackstone Surveyors. Price very competitive too which is a bonus on top of quality of work.

Having used them before on a previous RICS valuation, I contacted Blackstone Surveyors for a revised report. I found their service very professional. They delivered quite timely to fit my requirements. I will not hesitate to use them again.

They gave a really speedy and efficient service. Went above and beyond when I came back to them nearer completion and required an extension. Would definitely recommend.

Found company to be highly prompt and efficient in their dealings and delivered an excellent service. Communications clear, without jargon and felt my case was handled very fairly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I needed an urgent survey and Blackstone responded very speedily and at a competitive price. This was not an easy property to both access and assess but Omar came with a very pragmatic approach to an old building. His follow up on lease extension advice was very sensible. Would highly recommend and use again without hesitation.

Blackstone Surveyors did a fantastic job in completing my Help to Buy valuation. A very professional service, quick turnaround and competitive prices. Would highly recommend.

I found Blackstone Surveyors through another website where I raised a search and was contacted within 10 minutes. The survey was arranged quickly, for a convenient date/time and was conducted quickly and very professionally. The follow-up emails and valuation report have been excellent. Highly recommended.

I used Blackstone to conduct a survey on a 1 bed flat in central London. They responded promptly to my initial email enquiry, arranged logistics with the agent within days, called me to discuss findings the evening after the survey (answering all my probing questions well), and produced a full written report shortly after. As a newcomer to the property market looking to acquire a Victorian-era property, I was pleased with the value I got from the full Building Survey.

Brilliant service. I was in a very time pressured situation with regards to my survey. I got very professional and prompt service and I felt taken care of and confident in what I was paying for. When you’re in high pressured situations especially with buying/selling, having smooth service just takes a load off your shoulders this was exactly what I got.

Blackstone responded swiftly to the enquiry, offered a next day site visit and to complete the report in 3 working days. They delivered on all of this for a very reasonable cost. Surveyor very pleasant and careful. Report thorough, covered many aspects that influenced the valuation, including specifics to the property.

I had to do a RICS valuation as required by my Housing Association, and found Blackstone Surveyors after some research.
I filled a form and received a call shortly after, they were able to schedule a suitable time quickly, and were available to answer my queries. I have received the report a couple of days later. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Great service. Friendly team. Highly recommended

Excellent service with comprehensive advise and information provided. Efficient and competitively priced given the level of service provided.

Absolutely recommend and will be using again.

I originally used Blackstone in August 2020 and was provided with a friendly, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service. The Director went out of his way from arranging the valuation to take place, to the fast turn around of the report, and then discussing it over the phone with me. This time around, I needed an urgent extension to the valuation to give me more time to complete the sale. I contacted Blackstone, and within no time at all, they had replied to my email, happy to do the extension and at no extra cost. Seriously, amazing, professional service, cannot recommend Blackstone enough. Thank you!

Recently required an urgent valuation of several properties and Blackstone completed the task within a very tight time frame with quality results. Communication very simple and straight forward.

I used Blackstone on two occasions when purchasing property recently. My initial enquiry was responded to quickly and efficiently (far more quickly than the other firms I had also contacted), plus I was able to book a survey within a short time frame, when many other firms had waiting times of a month.
The reports themselves were very thorough and price very reasonable, however the additional assistance with various queries was outstanding and not something anticipated or expected.
I would thoroughly recommend Blackstone without hesitation.

Really excellent service from Blackstone. Blackstone did a really great job for me. Communication was excellent - they were fast to respond and clear. Easy to get in touch with and arrange. They were flexible around my schedule. The report was very thorough and high quality. The surveyor then guided me through the parts that were of particular concern, so that I could carry out necessary investgations. I found them here on trustpilot - and picked them purely because of their reviews! I would def recommend them and use them again on future purchases.

Cannot recommend Blackstone Surveyors highly enough. The service was prompt yet thorough, professional yet friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Truly excellent.
