ZFN Chartered Surveyors Reviews

Great communication and end survey was very clear and thorough. Provided additonal detail/info after the report was produced. Very knowledgable and quick to respond / follow up.

As first-time buyers in the UK, having someone so thorough, knowledgeable and easy to deal with made a huge difference for us.

The survey was incredibly detailed and gave us a really clear understanding of the property, including things we definitely wouldn’t have picked up ourselves. What we appreciated most was that Zaid didn’t just send the report and leave it there. He took the time to answer our follow-up questions, explain his findings clearly and help us understand what was important and what we needed to consider going forward.

He was professional, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. We came away feeling much more informed and confident about the property we’re buying.

A genuinely great experience and absolutely deserving of five stars. Thanks again, Zaid!

We had a really positive experience with ZFN, and in particular with Fayyaz, who was fantastic to deal with throughout the process.

Fayyaz was quick to respond to all of our questions, both before and after the survey, and was always really helpful in guiding us through the process of buying our house. The survey report itself was very comprehensive and gave us a clear understanding of the property.

We chose ZFN because of their high rating and can definitely confirm that they deserve it. The level of detail in the report, including all the photos, was particularly useful and helped us get a number of issues addressed by the sellers before we exchanged. Even the seller commented on how thorough the report was and how much attention had been taken.

Would definitely recommend ZFN and Fayyaz to anyone looking for a thorough and professional surveyor.

Zaid was excellent - was able to do conduct and deliver the survey findings in a timely manner and also produced a very useful document that focused on the relevant key issues. Communication was great throughout

Very detailed report and incredibly quick turnaround. They have also been so helpful in recommending other providers and giving advice on next steps - so helpful!

Zaid was very helpful and honest. Wasn’t sure if a wall was load bearing and Zaid came to the rescue with good advice. Highly recommend.

Very helpful! You can tell he thinks long term in making sure you are a valuable client rather than short term monetary gains.

Really happy with the service we received from Zaid. The survey report was thorough and easy to understand, and it gave us a clear picture of the property's condition.
Zaid was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer our questions. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the survey I had done for a house purchase. The communication was very clear and timely, the survey itself was comprehensive, it was easy to organise, and I received clear and helpful responses to my follow-up questions. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for the help with our survey. The communication throughout was smooth and clear. The bespoke report was extremely helpful for us to know the maintenance points and plan for renovation. We also had a few specific questions/concerns, Zaid was very kind to check for us and shared his opinions. Highly recommend!

Zaid was very thorough and generous with his time, answering all of my questions and being very collaborative.

Zaid was amazing from start to finish. We were stuck in a difficult position with our buyer's lender requiring formal documentation about building materials in a short time period. Zaid wrote a thorough, professional and very useful report for us. He was really reliable, kept in frequent contact via WhatsApp and produced the report extremely quickly. We're very happy and impressed with the report. We wouldn't hesitate asking him to help with further work, and highly recommend him to anyone getting building surveys done! A+++

ZFN did a great job with an auction survey for me. They were responsive, quick, and professional. Highly recommend!

Zaid provided excellent service from start to finish. The survey was detailed, professional, and included plenty of helpful photos and insights that gave us a clear understanding of the property. He was also extremely responsive, answering our questions promptly and clearly throughout the process. Highly recommended.

ceived fast, honest advice completely free of charge. Zaid was able to quickly diagnose an issue with a leak and rather than sell me a report I did not need, provided me with advice based on previous experiences. Thank you!

We recently used this company for a structural survey on a house we’re buying and had a really positive experience.

Pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received, communication was easy throughout and the survey itself was extremely thorough and detailed. Zaid was also very approachable and happy to answer all of our follow-up questions afterwards, which we really appreciated during what can be a stressful process.

The only slight downside was that a roofer recommended to us for a further inspection turned out to be unreliable and never completed the visit as claimed (stay clear of Golden Roofing Ltd). However, this was separate from the survey itself, which we were very happy with overall.

We’d definitely recommend Zaid to anyone needing a structural survey.

Friendly professional service, really helpful in organising the survey and a thorough, clear and informative survey produced quickly.

Zaid at ZFN Chartered Surveyors was brilliant! I contacted them about a structural survey and he gave me refreshingly honest, straightforward advice that saved me time and money. His transparency took a huge weight off my shoulders. Truly professional and customer-focused service – highly recommended!

Zaid went above and beyond. Was fast , reliable, communicative, very professional and very generous with his time. Highly recommend
