ZFN Chartered Surveyors Reviews

A highly impressive service delivered by Zaid at ZFN, who completed a detailed house survey at relatively short notice. With good communication right from the start, Zaid provided a clear verbal summary of the key findings after completing the survey. The subsequent written report was prepared to a very high standard, with issues clearly summarised on a room-by-room basis, supported by photographs, and provided a great overview of the property that far exceeded my expectations. Zaid followed this up with a detailed call to discuss the report findings, and has remained open for further discussion as we engage with the seller to address these points. An outstanding service that I would fully recommend.

Great experience using ZFN for our home survey. The report itself was very detailed, reasonably priced and the service provided by Fayyaz and team was exceptional. Very responsive via WhatsApp before, during and after the survey process and we particularly appreciated the call to go through the survey results in more detail which was very helpful.

I reached out to Zaid for a structural concern with a building. He has been surprisingly responsive and dedicated time and attention to understanding the issue. In the end he gave me valuable advice and good help.

Had a great experience with Zaid from ZFN Surveyors. Extremely professional, thorough, and clear in explaining every aspect of the building survey. The report was detailed, easy to understand, and delivered promptly, which made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable surveyor in East London. These guys go everywhere. I was so pleased with their service and these guys really deserve the few extra tags I got for them. Well done!!

I had a fantastic experience working with this chartered surveyor. Right from the start, he was incredibly reassuring and honest and replied to my initial inquiry immediately, which was a huge relief.
During the process, he took the time to walk me through the photos of my building issues, explaining everything in a way that actually made sense. He was professional, genuinely nice, and very reassuring about the next steps I needed to take. To top it off, he even sent over a free summary of our discussion.
If you're looking for someone knowledgeable and helpful, look no further!

Zaid performed a great job with my bespoke detailed level 3 survey. Responsive, and willing to discuss issues and questions I had in the days following. Highly recommended

I had a home buyer survey conducted on my modern flat in walthamstow by Zaid. It was very thorough, easy to understand and Zaid very kindly answered my follow up questions very swiftly and helpfully.

We instructed ZFN to carry out a RICS Building Survey on a property in East London, and were highly impressed with both the quality of the report and the level of service provided. The report was comprehensive, well-structured, and easy to understand. Their professionalism and customer service were exemplary throughout, and we would not hesitate to recommend them as one of the leading surveyors in London.

Working with Zaid has been a pleasure. He was very responsive via whatsapp and arranged for the survey to take place the very next day of agreeing to the terms of engagement. After the survey, he sent a message highlighting the main issues with the property. The report was delivered around 13 days after the survey (to meet the deadline he even worked overnight). The report is linear and easy to comprehend. The main value for us was the cost estimates per room, which in addition, to facilitate negotiations with the seller, will help us budget in the future. Overall, I would recommend Zaid to anyone who wants to receive a report straight to the point (eg items that needs attention or further investigation) and have costs estimates (irrespective of a minimum threshold).

Immediately received a helpful response to my enquiry

Detailed, efficient and highly engaging. Can’t speak highly enough of Fayyaz and team. Will be using again.

After our first purchase fell through we decided to try a new surveyor for the next property and I'm so glad we did. ZFN provided an excellent and thorough service. The details and information were both helpful and easy to understand what further actions are required. We got immediate verbal feedback following the survey which was much appreciated as we waited for the full report. Thank you Zaid for all your help.

Highly recommend, extremely efficient. Very kindly responded instantly and offered advice based on photographs produced, historic details, photographs etc advised to monitor changes in walls and then book survey if required which saves me an unnecessary structural survey at this moment in time which could be unnecessary. Appreciated the honesty, efficacy, and kindness of Fayaaz at ZFN. Thank you! Great company.

I used ZFN to conduct a survey on my property as I had concerns about subsidence and safety. Zaid conducted the survey and was really informative and thorough in identifying issues and recommending remedials. Happy to know the issues are not as bad as I thought they might be which is really reassuring!

Zaid was amazing from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend enough. Fast, thorough and on hand to answer any questions of mine. Great service!

Highly recommended this building surveyor. Quick to respond and very knowledgeable.
Can do a lot with photos and plans, so saves site visit. Really helpful when I was stuck on a few regs questions. Five star service.

Zaid was really fantastic. He took such care to get really detailed and thoughtful reports back that helped us make difficult decisions. Can’t recommend him enough, he went above and beyond answering additional questions I had, and overall just being trustworthy, kind and knowledgeable. Very happy customer!

Outstanding service from ZFN Chartered Surveyors. They carried out an urgent Fire Risk Assessment and provided clear, expert advice on fire alarm installation and HMO compliance for my small HMO near London Bridge. Fast, professional, and exactly the expertise you want when time is critical. Highly recommended.

I received excellent service from ZFN. After submitting my enquiry online, Zaid contacted me via WhatsApp the same day and worked closely with me—using photos—to answer my questions and prepare the survey I required. The service was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout.
