Poor company selling fake jerseys to the public and they’re not cheap either. I have asked for a refund, but not received a single response from this bunch of crooks. They say not to continually message them as you go to the back of the queue. What a joke

Ordered another box as a present for my mate. Was a really nice vintage crusaders jersey. No complaints at all.

Extremely disappointing experience.
I placed an order at the end of May and waited almost three weeks for delivery, with very little communication throughout the process. When the shirt finally arrived, it had visible mud stains and appeared to have been previously worn.
This is particularly concerning given the statement on the company’s website that “all products are brand new, unworn and in original condition unless clearly stated otherwise.” The item I received was clearly not in the condition advertised.
I have contacted customer services requesting a full refund, but communication so far has been poor and responses have been slow or non-existent. As things stand, I am left with an item that is not as described and no confidence that the issue will be resolved promptly.
Sadly, I would avoid at all costs.

Don’t bother, unless you know you’ll be happy first time around. Trying to get a replacement or refund is like trying get get blood from a stone. 2 months waiting on a replacement, at least I get the occasional email seeming like they’re doing something. They’re not… disappointed really, loved my first couple of orders!

Ordered two completely different sized shirts, came in one box??? Were both gifts, attempted to return, sent numerous emails, tried to call, received a reply to say they were going to send a returns label, nothing was sent. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, goods were not a 'blind' box - if you just want to buy a random rugby shirt then this is the company to deal with......unless you want to return it.

Blindside box has been great from start to finish!
My son is a very big lad (5xl) and finding a mystery shirt box for him was proving difficult. Blindside’s vintage box was just the ticket!
He is an avid shirt collector, so it was great that I was able to leave a note about what we didn’t want. Another Saints shirt would have been a bit ridiculous 🤣
The price was great, the communication fantastic, didn’t take long for delivery and the shirt itself (Kiwi, circa 1996) in great condition and a perfect fit.

Poor after sales and customer service, incomplete order. And a very unhappy birthday boy!!
I ordered the bundle on the 30th April. The package came incomplete on the 7th May (minus the ball) The contact number doesn't get answered. My initial email was answered within 5 days with a promise of a ball being resent...... I'm still waiting for the ball. My 2nd email sent on the 18th May chasing the replacement ball has yet to be answered!!! Avoid this company at all cost.

Waiting more then a month now for my package. No repsonse when I try to contact them via mail.

Awful service. Ordered in Feb. Still received nothing. They replied to my Emilia’s at the beginning of the process, promising my order was on its way, and then later that there had been an error and they were being reshipped. However, they are now not replying to my emails asking for a refund as nothing has been received nearly two months later. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY‼️

Despite advertised delivery time of 3-5 days I have today received one of two shirts that I ordered four weeks after order placed. The shirt I have received is clearly second hand. Faded label, no tags and signs of wear and tear. Delayed response replying to complaint.

It takes a while for my Jerseys to get to America, but they do every month and they are official jerseys of good quality. I understand that they have some mixed reviews & sometimes delayed customer service, but it's not easy to start a company from scratch & they have done right by me each and every time. Rugby Jerseys are super niche over here in America and I'm stoked every month when I receive mine. Easily the best deals in the world for the product that I receive & to be frank, the only other place to get rugbys of the quality is from New Zealand, which is more complicated shipping wise. Love the Jerseys and I believe in these guys - you should to. 🤹🏻‍♂️

One shirt returned for a bigger size, 5 weeks no replacement and no contact via email. Still promoting on instagram, will have to try and get a refund from the bank as Blindbox don't seem to want to resolve!

Ordered two shirts, one for my son's birthday and a cheeky one for me! Both excellent, England and All blacks internationals, very pleasantly surprised! Will definitely be back for more!

Ordered this top on the 11/03/2026. I then emailed on the 22/03/2026 to see if i could cancel the order as it hadn't been dispatched. The next day i received an email to say it had been dispatched which was great as I live in Northern Ireland i was aware it would take a few days to get to me. 30/03/2026 the order still hadn't been delivered so I email asking for a tracking number to which there was no response. I then email again on the 07/04/2026 to say I still hadn't received the order. I finally get a response on 10/04/2026 to say the parcel had been returned to their warehouse because of a wrong address so i replied asking for a refund which I still haven't got although the shirt I had purchased i available again on their website.

I've had a awful experience of being pretty much ignored at every turn when I ask for a refund. I'd stay well clear of them.

Shirt ordered on the 16th March, now the 15th April, no goods received, limited communication, some responses but no answers as to what has gone wrong, why my goods have not been received etc. Dreadful company - DO NOT USE! Just to add to this, now the 29th April, still no shirt received, very limited communication. Absolutely terrible company DO NOT USE!!!! Nearly two months now and still no shirt received, they refuse to answer the phone, they ignore emails and then promise the shirt will be shipped and still nothing received. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!!

Still to receive item despite paying a hefty postage fee. No response to emails. No response to instagram. No one answers the phone.

Ordered my box on the 1st of March.
14th of March no item. Emailed and was told it was shipped and to email back in a few days if it hadn’t arrived.

Emailed back as it hadn’t arrived. Received no reply for a few days.

Then received a reply that it had just been shipped on the 17th.

Means what they say with 3-5 working days is false and I will be waiting a while month for an order they told me twice has been shipped.

This is a scam, a month after I placed my order of 3 boxes I have still yet to receive anything, I have contacted customer services who have twice told me that they would resend my order. The shipment number of my original order was not recognised by Royal Mail. DO NOT USE.

Absolutely terrible service, placed my order on the 18th feb, still not received it despite being assured multiple times that my order had been shipped or was being shipped. Complete scam

Avoid at all costs, don’t think it’s a scam per say but I ordered mine on the 12th Feb, received an update from Royal Mail but still haven’t recieved my shirt to this day despite trying to contact the company on multiple occasions, only heard back once saying it will be sorted, which it clearly hasn’t.
