We purchased Roman blinds for almost room and love them. Some of our windows are large and the blinds are room darkening, so heavy, and in the sun for most of the day. The string that raise and lower split sometimes but the store always repairs them quickly. I think there is a lifetime guarantee on them.

I bought 2 large pleated blackout shades 2 years ago. They fit perfectly and were working fine. Eventually one of the shades became difficult to open and it looked like the cord was wearing through. I took it back to Blinds To Go and they fixed it for free. Now it works perfectly again. Great customer service!

customer service in the store was great, had issues with the product as it had
defects and had to be returned twice.

Product was late and the blind feature of moving up and down by hand without a spring does not work nearly as well as the old spring blind that was half the price

I got motorised patio door blinds and make such a loud noise that sleeping person wakes up in bedroom on first floor in the opposite corner of patio. Mine is 85 ft wide house so they dont have that excuse too of having short distance.... they sent technician 3 times and took blind 2 times with him. Still same and they said it is a normal noise..... totally upset and not recommending.

I've purchased 6 different blinds this past year, and all were terrific. All except one: it had a flaw, which I only discovered after starting to install it. I brought it back to my local store, and they were wonderful. A replacement was made and ready to pick up in a few days.

I've always found the products and customer service to be exceptional.

I found the store impossible to contact when they had people in the store, on several occasions I sat in the parking lot tried to call and was told that they would respond within 48 hours...

It took several trips to pick up the orders and some of the mounting hardware provided was wrong...

I have 3 blinds that I can’t use because they don’t fit... $450.00 spent for nothing...

Customer service staff was excellent. Ordering was a breeze. It was also explained to me about delivery delays due to COVID. I had no problems with that. Waited for pick up notice and picked them up. We are very happy customers.

Good sale. Good selection. Some blinds came in very quickly. The custom ones took longer. The installation guy was great! Very happy with everything.
