We recently had Blinds to go Kanata install blinds at our church. The service was amazing from the time we stepped inside the door. The Sales associates proved to be friendly and helpful. The gentleman taking the measurements was professional, the blinds manufactured much faster than expected and Clint, the installer, was organized and efficient. Thank you to everyone at Blinds to go.

The instore staff are very helpful
The instore staff are very helpful. However, once the order is taken and submitted, that is where the problems start. I did not receive the size of the blinds that I had ordered. The one blind wouldn't fit inside the window frame. I had to modify it myself. The blinds were too long which meant there were extra slats at the bottom. If I had wanted the extra slats, I would have gone to Walmart and saved a significant amount of money.

Professional service and Neat and clean installation
Neat and clean installation, with a perfect fit that looks amazing. The installer was very professional and worked efficiently. He didn’t spend unnecessary time marking or making extra holes—he knew exactly what he was doing and completed the job quickly and neatly. Another great thing was that he brought a garbage bag and took all the waste away with him.
Overall, it was a super nice experience. He explained how to use everything very well, helped set up the remote controls, and made connecting the mobile app very convenient and easy.
I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a professional installation.
