Poor service

Everything seemed to go fine until I want to either put the blinds up or down. Clearly the measurements are not entirely correct for the type of blind I purchased. It's three pieces on a bay window and each piece hits the next.

Excellent, accurate on site pre-measuring and installation by a skilled, friendly, professional installer.

The results were just what we were hoping for.

Strongly recommend.

Further Feedback as requested. In my career I have received lots of training on reviews. When I buy a product or receive a service, I expect the transaction to be timely, the staff to be knowledgeable and delivery to be as promised. The transaction was all that and that is what customers should expect as a "meets expectations" rating (3 star) A 4- or 5-star rating is reserved for transactions that exceeded my expectations, so I turn your question back to you. What did you do that went above and beyond my expectations and should be the expectations of all customers. I await your feedback.
As I stated in my initial review product and service was as I expected nothing exceeded.

Although we were in the middle of a pandemic, the service was friendly and professional. Protocol was careful and I felt safe placing my order. My blinds are gorgeous. They have changed the entire way the light comes in my living space for the better. Mechanics are solid quality. I had one issue with a defective wand but one phone call and it was remedied within 2 days. No fault of the store, it was just a fluke in production. I will enjoy my blinds for many years to come. We purchased cellular blinds from Blinds To Go several years ago, and have been very happy with them. This year we replaced a couple of doors, and of course the glass panes were of slightly different sizes than on the previous doors. One call to Blinds To Go solved the issue: the sales person led me through the process for measuring the new glass, and because the store kept records of our previous purchase, we were able to match everything perfectly.
Blinds To Go provided consistently excellent service, and I highly recommend them.

Blind repair took 7 working days. I dropped in the store and picked it up; Pleasant people in the store. Blind is working well so far.

I ordered 9 blinds which I installed all inside mount. These were for my cottage and house. They were simple to install and the brackets are a good quality as well as the blinds. There were a couple issues with two of the blinds....one was coming apart at the bottom where the material is attached to the bottom rod. I returned with no issues and it was sent back and fixed. The second one I am still waiting for as the one side was 1/2" longer than the other when it was rolled down. Overall I find the quality good and love my blinds. I would definitely order from this store again.

Rest of the service I wasn't impressed. Wrong blind delivered upon installation, then no communication about the replacement blind unless I called.

First time I receieve my order it was damaged. However they had the issue corrected.

Not the fault of Blinds to go, our order took longer due to material shortage. We are not happy with our blinds, but it is what it is.

Continually getting emails asking for reviews. Already filled one or two out. The experience and product are still poor.

The store personnel was lovely. Everything worked really well and I would have given 5 stars, except the instructions I got for installation were ridiculous. It took me at least twice as long as it should because the photos did not look anything like the actual hooks, I should not have read the first set as there was a valance and there were other pieces not needed. All in all, the blinds look great and I'm happy, would order again and now that I know how to put them up - all is good. Thanks for a good experience.
