The installer put the shutter door…
The installer put the shutter door opening on the wrong side, another installer came and had to flip over the doors to the original specifications. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Learn from my $500+ mistake.
I called in as a first time customer. I was told to measure the window and bring the measurements in. The agent in the store took over 1/2" off my measurements and ordered the blind.
When the installer came for the install, the blind wasn't wide enough in his opinion so he stopped and left with it.
The rude store manager/owner called me and blamed me for not taking better measurements. He didn't like when I confirmed his agent took the 1/2" off the measurements I provided. He said he would 'see what he could do', I never heard from him again, zero discount ever received.
Since I was matching blinds the owner of the house I rent, I had no choice but to spend another $200+ with this company to order the slightly wider version. I plan to pick up the original blind and measure it against what I ended up with to see how much of a difference there really is.
Please learn from my $500+ lesson to always take Blinds To Go up on their free onsite measurement service or to shop elsewhere.
