Great stuff. For blinds & roller shades, I will never go anywhere else.

VERY DISAPPOINTED The measurements, though taken twice, we incorrect. Blinds for inside the window frame we placed outside the window from (i.e. were far too wide). Had to wait two weeks for replacement and am now left with holes in my walls.

Will Blinds to Go be happy to fill in the incorrect holes they made?

Easy peasy, great blinds. Had to make a change to our order 12 hours after our order was placed, staff made the correction so easy. Great team at Dundas and WinstonChurchill

First Shawlee at Dundas & Winston Churchill location was excellent. Really knew her products. Was very personable. Did not push. Then order received ahead of schedule. Wand gluing issue resolved in 2days. Shawlee provided solution to our bare windows with paper blinds. I did not know that was a thing. Awesome experience.

Ordered items arrived in a timely manner; all were exactly as ordered and fit windows perfectly. Could not ask for more.

Technician that took measurements and later installed the blinds is an expert alongside his partner.

1 star is too generous. Spent thousands of dollars for poorly made products, terrible customer service, no one returns a phone call, was promised a $50. rebate that I never got, after waiting 3 months for my order to be completed I had to wait even further for an appointment for installation. Do not buy from this company - save yourself the headache and give your hard earned money to another blinds company.

My previous order has been going with a light colour shade, and I’m very happy with them. This time I went with black in two rooms, and they don’t hang very well and the quality doesn’t look as nice as my other blinds. Wouldn’t do black again.

Loving my blinds!!!! Only thing was having to wait longer than usual with Covid so unfortunately not able to fix that situation, it is what it is. Staff was helpful and was able to answer my questions. Thank you, this was my second purchase from you and I definitely will return if and when the need arises.

Good experience throughout.

My overall experience was a pleasant one. The only caveat, is the sales rep needs to a bit more explanatory in the products available to ones need. If another rep didn't explain and demonstrate the differences between light filtering and black out shades; I would have been in the same situation as I had initially. So, thank you to the rep for showing me that.

There was delay in the installation of blind and was not communicated. I had to call and it was difficult to get hold of someone to explain the delay.

I will not recommend anyone for Blinds to goo

i was not getting updates on my order. i had to ask each time. Plus i had to send reminders because no response was being received...i had to do this multiple times. it was frustrating dealing with this order.

further more the installers showed up and claimed that they only had the material for the 2 bedroom and not for the kitchen. they told this to my tenant who was on the phone with me relaying it to me. i had to send emails to question this with blindstogo. was only confirmed later by blindstogo that they indeed had the material for the kitchen. all in all was not a good experience unfortunately. i would be thinking twice if i want to order form you again or recommend you.

Took 3 visits and 3 months to finally complete my order. 2 of the 3 were installed without issue the 3rd was a mystery.

The blinds look gorgeous! Our catalogue and samples arrived over the mail and it was very easy to order them online. Our Design Consultant Catherine came to our home with more samples and made many good suggestions. Our Installer Keston was on time and installation was quick and clean. The blinds work exactly as the should. Overall we are very happy. They lose one star because one of the wands was either damaged or not in the box for installation and they will have to come back to put that one wand in, in about 3 weeks. But overall, I recommend Blinds to Go and will go back if we need more blinds in the future.
