First and foremost this is not a reflection of the store associates who were all pleasant, helpful and professional. They also did their best to expedite the return of my track.

Frustrating experience in having a track repaired. Whether it be system flaws or attention to detail, the track was not returned in the direction I dropped it off.

Was a lot of energy to install, uninstall and reinstall - let alone the time spent travelling.

Blinds were good quality, staff was very helpful and friendly. Delivery time was a bit longer than I expected

Went to the store and chose blinds that I wanted to have in my sunroom. Blinds to Go then came and took measurements. Within 2 weeks the same person that had measured came and installed new ones. Very happy with the great service and they fit perfectly.

Our installer John was punctual, efficient, clean, and mannerly. He installed our motorized blinds on his own in a very quick time. He had one single window and three bay windows to install. He set up our remote with clever options as well as explained everything to us and even did some troubleshooting scenarios. He was very personable and a joy to work with. We would definitely order from Blinds To Go in the future.

Very poor customer service experience. As a mother of a baby born during a pandemic, I do not like going into stores with my children for our safety. I arrived at the store to pick up the blinds and was planning on doing curbside pick up that was available. I asked for them to be brought out to my car, only to be told “we don’t do that”, I explained my situation as I had 2 young children with me, and said I can wait right outside the door and asked for him to please just bring them to the front door of the store so I don’t have to bring 2 kids in with me. His response this time was “ we are very busy I can’t do that.” At this point I was parked outside the door and could see there was not a single customer in the store and 2 employees sitting behind the desk. Finally after asking a 3rd time asking (almost begging) he brought them to the door for me. As someone who moved recently and will need to buy blinds for other rooms if our house, I will be bringing my future business elsewhere.

A representative came to my house, she was very helpful and professional, We had just finished building our house and needed several blinds. The installer was friendly and professional as well. I did have an issue with a couple of the Roman blinds, I contacted Blinds to go and they did a repair and all is good. I would strongly recommend them

I thought I would do BTG a favour and wait to review and first see if I received my $100 refund I was promised after the original order was either not submitted to the supplier or was forgotten by them. After 7 weeks I found out my order was not produced. Then it was another 5 weeks before it was available for install. However the shutters were poorly manufactured and one of the three sets was not parallel. At this point I would have given 1 star but BTG was proactive about having them remade and replaced. After 3.5 months I have the shutters.
The following was added after seeing the reply from BTG (and I lowered the rating to a 2)... They thanked me for my patience in this (matter), and asked if there was anything further they could do to help. If they read my review, it is obvious that I would like my $100 refund. I know it is in writing in their notes about my case.

Edited again after another reply. But this is not the forum for having a conversation including personal information - I have no idea whom I am speaking to. I realize I was perhaps not clear, but the reason I did a review 'early' was because I was bombarded with text and email requests for it with no reply mechanism to say why I was delaying (for BTG's benefit) - so I stopped waiting to give BTG a chance to finish the transaction which would have allowed me to give them 4 stars (for their efforts to mitigate what may have been strictly supplier issues). I cannot give you my name. RH store knows who I am and could easily have checked.
FINAL NOTE: 'Blinds To Go' came through on the promised $100 credit to my card that was for the initial delay. Apparently their usual manufacturer was not used to make the first set of shutters. I have raised the rating back to 3 stars for their ultimate efforts to ensure quality.

Blind arrived with plugs not in bottom rail and they would not fit. My Handyman did an on site repair to avoid returning it to store to send back in fir repairs.

Therefore:

Blind not so good.

Professional service and good quality at a good price.

Store service was excellent. We have had problems with mounting hooks on end of chain mechanism on the blinds(twice), very flimsy. Two out of 7 blinds had to be returned.

The staff at the store were good - manufacturing on the other hand was shoddy! Ordered 5 blinds, 4 of them had issues- 3 had to be remade!
From slats cut at different sizes on one blind, mechanism that didn’t work so the blinds could not be locked in the open position and faded paint on valances where manufacturing facility tried to cover up scratches!!
These blinds should have never been released from the factory - where is the quality control!
If I wanted crap blinds, I would have purchased them at wal-mart for goodness sakes
