I wanted to say I recently had excellent service from a store employee at the 411 Westport Ave, Norwalk Ct location. Valerie Collins was extremely helpful in guiding my wife and I through several options for blinds. She treated us as if we were family.

I worked with Alex from Blinds To Go in Norwalk, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Alex was attentive and extremely knowledgeable about shades. He stayed focused on my concerns and answered all of my questions with confidence and clarity.
I’m especially grateful that the team handled the measuring—it made the process so much easier. Rich took the measurements, Dennis completed the installation, and everything turned out perfectly.
I am extremely happy with the results—my shades look fantastic, and I love that they are motorized!

You showed me the right direction to go in, Andee, and Dennis did the exacting work solving any complications with skill. I am glad I went with the professionals. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff were able to confirm that the product that I wanted would suit my space and requirements. They kept me informed about when product was ready and when it could be installed. Measurer and Installer were expert and courteous.
