It was so easy to deal with Blinds to go, from being to end it went very easy. Lots to chose from, was given about when they would be installed and they even came in early. I had my verticals and skylight shades in less then a month. Justin installed them and was very neat and professional. I know where my next order will be placed when i need more. The installer did a great job and he was professional.
The person who measured for the blinds was not courteous. He complained that the representative from the store did not include measuring windows in the living room and so, he did not measure them.

My verticals would not close and they were installed crooked. I had someone come back the next day (Friday) to fit it. He had to take them back and said he would call me and update me what needs to be done. I have called the store3 times now and still do not have an answer as to what is going on with my blinds. Every time I call they say they will call me back but never do.

Order and install was flawless
Order and install was flawless. However, disappointed with the quality of the shades at the end close to the roller. You can see the end of the fabric, its frayed and does not look very nice.

Fabric shouldn't be fraying after just purchasing it so it may be a manufacturing issue. We highly recommend calling the showroom and speaking with the manager or your DC about it.
