Your staff is terrific. I did have an impossible time getting the blinds to snap in to the metal clips until I realized the screws provided prevent the fixture from snapping in. I used my own screws... Toon meer

Great experience overall
Great experience overall! Salesman at the store was very knowledgable and helpful. Really knew about all the products. This was all during the pandemic so I must mention that shopping felt very safe with social distancing and masks. Wait time was as promised and delivery/installation was scheduled promptly. Installer was extremely respectful of my home, even asked if I wanted him to remove his shoes! He was also skilled and had my blinds up in no time! I would use Blinds to Go again.

Our experience was terrific! Unfortunately, it took awhile to get our installation date because the tub delivery was held up, but once it came in they were here pronto and our installer was knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The production time was quite long…
The production time was quite long before the item was delivered. After was delivered I found it very difficult (pretty much impossible) to program the shades. Also, there was absolutely no information regarding how to charge the associated batteries of the power shades.

Blinds work great
Blinds work great. The installation was very good as well. The only issue was that we were supposed to get an electric/motorized shade but when they came out to do the in-person measurement/inspection, we weren't able to, which was a real bummer.

I've owned blinds from Blinds to Go for 7 years now. Recently, a few of them stopped functioning properly. I brought them back to Blinds to Go and they fixed them for free within 24 hours. Excellent customer service!

Excellent Service
Excellent service. The salesperson Jamel was helpful, courteous and followed up. The installer was very accommodating to my schedule and did a great job. My only criticism is that the blinds I ordered don't have a handle or anything to pull them down and as a result they usually don't come down evenly. As far as customer service, they were excellent.

Great service but
Great service, But I'm puzzled as to why I need the servicing on my blinds at all. When I hang them the strings are long enough, but several years later, the strings are too short and the blind does not go down sufficiently far. Why???

Overall this is great to hear Alan! Cords can tend to shrink over time and through wear and tear from going up and down as well but it shouldn't be a huge difference in shrinkage. Feel free to bring it to your local showroom so they can look into it further as well - thanks!
