Staff was great at addressing any issues we had to order replacements for 4 of the blinds. The blinds were not cleaned at the factory all the debris from cutting was on the blinds and in the boxes. They didn't include enough bracket for the Large patio vertical blind. Quality of the blinds are not as the ones previously purchased from blinds to go in 2019

The installers were great as were the other staff we came in contact with. The only minor issue was that we were told that the installation would happen within a couple of days after the blinds arrived, but the appointments were booked up for a few days.

Our sales agent Sabita was excellent
Our sales agent Sabita was excellent. The problem was once we were notified that our blinds were in I called the store to confirm. The woman indicated that they had our blind. We travelled 2-1/2 hours to find out they did not have our blinds at the store. 5 hours of wasted time & gas. They did offer to courier the blind to us the following week. I felt they could have reduced the price for our inconvenience. They did apologize.

While we are thrilled to hear that Sabita provided great service for you; we are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. It looks like your order was originally placed with installation (which is why you received the confirmation that it had arrived and was ready to be scheduled). It seems there was a misunderstanding since the store was not expecting you to pick it up directly (our installers do this themselves for installs). Once we learned you no longer wanted installation, we refunded those charges and shipped the blinds directly to your home to save you another trip. Again, we apologize for the mix up and appreciate your understanding.
